【摘要】 辗环是用环形毛坯在旋转的模具中进行轧制。其特点是借助轧环机和轧制孔型使环件产生连续局部塑性变形,因此可在低载荷下实现壁厚减小、直径扩大、截面轮廓成形的塑性加工工艺。 要成功的模拟环件轧制成型还依赖于很多因素:如辗扩比、毛坯的制坯尺寸、主辊的转速、芯辊的进给速度等等。金属塑性成形过程模拟是实现在短周期内,以低成本设计出参数合理的模具,生产出高质量产品的关键技术,它可以实时描述整个金属塑性成形过程。三维立体模型的正确建立是模拟的先决条件。本文通过三维立体建模软件Solidworks构建了模拟所需的三维立体模型,用Deform-3D对环件辗轧过程进行了模拟。 本文采用DEFORM 3D有限元分析软件先对平面镦锻模型进行了模拟研究。通过改变上下模的运动方式来研究运
【Abstract】 Rolling is a forming method that the ring is rolled in the revolving die. Its feature is that using the rolling mill and die profile can deform the ring continuously and locally. So ring rolling is a process which it can thin the wall thickness, increase the diameter and shape the section.It dependents on many factors to shape the ring by the ring-rolling, such as rolling ratio the size of the stock the revolving velocity of the main roll feeding speed of the idler roll and so on. The simulation of the metal plastic process is the critical technology to design the die with reasonable parameter by low cost and manufacturing the products with good quality,it can describe the whole process of the metal plastic forming. It is the predetermination condition to establish the correct three-dimensional. In this paper, the FEM model we need is built by SOLIDWORKS software; Using DEF0RM-3D operates the simulation of the ring-rolling processIn this paper, the forging model is simulated, which is based on the plane upsetting model by DEFORM3D FEM analysis software, for studying the effect to the stress and strain distributing by changing the moving way of the top die and bottom die; It is simulated with different size and rolling ratio for studying min feeding quantity of deformed thoroughly; It is simulated using different friction coefficient for studying the effect of friction to deformed thoroughly; Finally, using the FEM method simulates the rolling deformation of ring. The alteration of the shape the stress and strain field and the strain ratio distribution are analyzed the calculation method of the load is obtained by studying the load stroke curve.In a word, FEM simulation is made in allusion to some questions in deformed thoroughly aspect, which is not be settledin the existing literature, such as considering the effect of friction. The studying to the min feeding quantity shows: because the count formula of the theoretical min suppress mete is received by predigesting on the basis of the plane-upsetting model. The ring can not be deformed thoroughly under the theoretical min suppress mete, only 0.05~0.09%o It is very difficult to calculate the min feeding quantity using the simply formula because the effecting factors are very complex. So we simulate the min suppress quantity for the ring rolling deformed thoroughly, by simulation we can offer gist for practice production. The study to the friction show: the smaller the fiction, the wider the strain distribution field, the easier the ring-rolling deformation and deformed thoroughly; the study to the main roll and the idler roll show: it is beneficial to ring deformed thoroughly when we enlarge the diameter of the main roll and the idler roll; by the simulation of the ring-rolling process, we obtain the strain field, stress field and the load stroke curve in the ring-rolling process. Through the load stroke curve, when m=0.7 the load value is larger by 4~5% thanexperience value, so m=0.7 can be used as simulation parameter to forecast the load in the production. These conclusions are instructive to design ring-rolling techniques and choose the equipment.
