齿轮坯闭式模锻CAPP系统的研制及模具结构优化设计

【摘要】 齿轮坯闭式模锻CAPP系统软件是在Windows平台下,以AutoCAD2002为图形支撑软件,以其内嵌的VBA语言作为二次开发工具开发而成的。图形采用AutoCAD ActiveX技术开发生成,工艺数据库采用Microsoft Access管理,系统界面采用VBA语言设计,并通过程序编制使三者有机地结合起来。本论文在完善系统结构和功能的基础上,对模具结构优化设计技术做了深入研究。 通过对系统界面顺序的重新调整,使得齿轮坯信息输入,工艺参数的选择更加符合工艺流程和设计人员的设计思路,使得系统界面更加人性化。 通过控制齿轮坯输入尺寸的正负号,系统实现了齿轮坯类型的变通性和多样性。 论文还对坯料的加热时间和变形抗力等工艺参数的计算方法作了深入的研究。 本论文充分利用齿轮坯锻模的轴对称特点,很好的实现了模具的参数化设计。 论文在进行模具结构设计时,考虑到使用通用模架的重要性,凹模采用了凹模镶块与预应力套的组合结构形式,并将预应力套设置在模架上。相同吨位压力机,预应力套的内径和外径不变,凸模与模架的固定部分也不变,在生产不同锻件时,只需设计凹模镶块内径及凸模的自由端尺寸即可。模架的标准
【Abstract】 Developed on the basis of Windows, the flashless forging CAPP system for gear blanks takes AutoCAD 2002 as pattern supporting software, and VBA embedded in AutoCAD 2002 as secondary developing tool. Drawings created by employing AutoCAD ActiveX technology. Technologic databases are managed by Microsoft Access. System interfaces are designed by adopting VBA language. And the above three are organically combined. After perfecting the structure and function of the system, optimization design of forging die structure are widely studied.By adjusting system interfaces, the paper makes gear blank information input and process parameters choice accord process flow and design thought of designer.By controlling the positive sign and minus of the gear blank input dimension, system realizes the versatility anddiversity.The calculation of processing parameters such as heating-up time and deformation resistance are discussed in the thesis.The paper makes use of axis symmetry of gear blank forging die, and realizes the die parameter design.During die design, considering the importance of universalization, standardization and seriation of die, cavity die adopts combination die and makes pre-stress ring fix on the die sets. To the same ton, the inside and outside diameters of pre-stress ring are the same, and the fixation of the punch and die set are also the same. When different forgings are produced, only die plate insertion and free part are designed. The universalization, standardization and seriation of die are the basis on die parameter.By improving on and renewing the CAPP system of the gear blank forging die, we have more perfect system. It mainly includes the input of the information about gear blanks, shape optimization, process planning design, the formation of parts, forging drawings and process cards, the establishment of technologic databases, the optimization of die structures and the formation of die drawings. The system has such functions as confirming and modifying forging parameters through the interaction between human beings and computers, forming process cards and optimizing die structures automatically,plotting forging and die drawings by parameters.The paper can approximately consider flashless forging as extrusion, and set up the mechanical mold of cavity die enduring inside press. The paper applying the cylinder intension theory, analyse the stress and formation of combination die, and optimise the structure of die.The system has many advantages such as having friendly interface, strong practicability, the normalization and standardization of die design. The successful development of the system to expand the fine forging process of gear blank, alleviate to the heavy labor of designer, shorten process design time and guarantee the quantity of the process design have the obvious significance.
