基于DSP的SR电机控制策略的研究

【摘要】 开关磁阻电机调速系统(Switched Reluctance Drive,简称SRD)以良好的调速性能日益受到人们的关注。本论文采用数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Process,简称DSP)作为驱动系统的控制器,以开关磁阻电动机控制系统的设计为主要目的。 论文介绍了SRD驱动系统的基本结构和发展状况,叙述了开关磁阻电机的特点和工作原理。对功率器件IGBT的特点和选用过程进行了详细的阐述;从H型功率电路的特点、工作原理出发,得出了控制系统的换相逻辑,对SR电机的控制策略进行了详细的分析,选用了适合本控制系统的控制方式:电压斩波控制和低速电流斩波控制。接着对驱动系统的控制器DSP及其模块单元进行了详细的介绍。设计了基于控制系统的软件和硬件电路:硬件电路主要包括电流检测和低速电流斩波、综合逻辑电路等;为了减少成本,系统采用了可编程逻辑器件。软件采用模块化的编程方法,增强了系统的通用性和可移植性;主要包括PI算法、数字滤波子程序等。设计硬件和软件的过程中,采用了一
【Abstract】 The Switched Reluctance Drive (SRD) system possesses good capabilities of adjusting speed, and attracts more and more attention .In this article, the Switched Reluctance Control system is designed based on DSP TMS320F240.This paper introduces basic construction and development of SRD, and describes characteristics and work principle of SRM. The characteristics and choice procedure of IGBT are explained very carefully. Getting change phase logic of control system from H type power circuit, analyzing control strategy of SRM in details, and choosing two kinds of control methods which fit for this system: voltage chop wave control and low speed current chop wave control.Subsequently the development of DSP is presented and the module units of the TMS320F240 used in this paper are introduced. Designing hardware circuits and software for control system based on the TMS320F240.Hardware circuits mainly include low speed current chop wave, current detection circuit, comprehensive logic circuit etc. In order to reduce cost, the control system adopts GAL device, the modular programming methods are adopted to attain versatility and readability, Software include PWM subroutine, measure subroutine, PI subroutine etc. During the course of designing hardware and software, the measure of Anti-interference is taken here, and make the control system possess reliable Anti-disturbance ability. Finally through debugging control system and testing the waveform of control system, the author have preliminary understanding to comprehensive capability of the control system. The final section gives the conclusion and envisions.
