面向机电产品的工业设计知识管理系统研究与实现

【摘要】 论文课题来源于国家863计划A类项目——《面向产品创新的计算机辅助概念设计技术的研究》(No.2002AA411110)和《面向信息家电的三维数字化定制设计关键技术研究》(No.2002AA411120)。 论文瞄准国内急需,顺应未来发展需求,以制造业的工作母机——机床产品为主要设计对象,对面向机电产品设计的工业设计知识管理系统作了系统研究。论文通过对系统的理论研究、需求分析、产品工业设计过程分析、总体框架规划与构建、功能建模与信息建模、系统模块的详细设计、网络环境下的系统实现技术等方面的详细研究,开发出了面向机电产品设计的工业设计知识管理原型系统。该系统可用于辅助设计师的产品工业设计活动,即积累设计经验、学习设计知识和进行网际交流,为管理者的管理和决策提供信息支持,也可与自主开发的工业设计软件系统——中设(CAIDS)R1.0软件系统集成应用。

【Abstract】 This paper stems from the project of National High Technology Research and Development Program of China (Type A), named "Research Faced to Computer Aided Definition Design about Product Innovation" (No. 2002AA411110) and "Research on Key Technology of 3D Digital Customized Design of Information Domestic Appliances" (No. 2002AA411120).Absence of essential knowledge management is becoming one of the most serious bottlenecks to block the development of CAID especially in our country. Aiming provide the designers with a web based knowledge management platform to aid ID(industrial design) activities such as aesthetic design, ergonomic design etc., promoting their accumulation of CAID knowledge and experience, and facilitating their information exchange by web, the concept of web based CAID knowledge management system (WBKMS) has been presented and then this CAID WBKMS (especially for machine tools’ ID ) has been studied and constructed. In addition, this system can also be combined with the CAID System-CD (China design) developed formerly by our Institute of Industrial Design of Northwestern Polytechnical University.
