【摘要】 目的:探讨中小学教师发生职业紧张和工作能力的变化,了解中小学教师职业紧张水平和紧张反应特点,为今后进一步采取干预措施,优化劳动条件,保持和增进教师的工作能力和提高工作效率等提供理论依据。 方法:教师从事着艰苦紧张的脑力劳动工作。长期过度的职业紧张可以导致教师工作能力下降,损害身心健康。本研究运用新近推出的职业紧张量表OSI-R(Occupational Stress Inventory Revised Edition,1998),首次在国内开展中小学教师职业紧张的研究。 采用现场调查与实验室检查相结合的方法,探索中小学教师职业紧张水平、紧张源、紧张反应、应对能力、职业紧张与血糖、血脂和工作能力变化的关系。 用整群随机抽样方法抽取某市中小学教师435名,年龄为20～78岁;男性176人,平均年龄40.69岁;女性259人,平均年龄为37.39岁。高中教师160名,初高中混合学校教师112名,小学教师163名。 结果:(1) 职业紧张男性高于女性,中年教师低于其他教师;(2) 紧张反应男性低于女性,中年教师低于青年和老年教师;(3) 应对资源上中年教师高于青年和老年教师,小学教师高于中学教师。 教师是一种以脑力劳动为主的职业。本研究采用OSI-R量表检测教师职业紧张因素并结合工作能力指数(WAI),分析中小学教师工作能力现况及其与职业紧张关系,探索教师工作能力变化特征提供可靠的客观资料,为深入研究保护教师的工作能力,提高工作效率奠定良好的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: This study was conducted to assess occupational stress and work ability in Elementary and Middle School. The results will help to assess the level of the character of teacher stress, and to take the intervention measures for enhancing teacher’s work ability and work efficiency.Methods : Teachers were engaged in a complex and stressful mental work. Excessive stress can decrease their work ability and damage their physical and psychological health. To assess teacher stress a standardized scale ’’the Occupational Stress Inventory Revised Edition (OSI-R)"recently developmented (in 1998) to measure occupational stress and strain was used in this study. The method combining a spot with in a lab was adopted to explore the occupational stress level, stressor, strain, coping resources, and the relationship between the occupational stress and serum sugar; serum lipids, or work ability in elementary & middle school teachers.In order to explore the stressors and the strain of teachers in elementary and middle schools. The sample was composed of 435 teachers (176 males, 259 females) in accordance with the whole group randomized sampling method. Their average age was 37.39 years old (ranged from 20-78 years old). There were 272 teachers in middle school, 163 in elementary school.Results: (1) The occupational stress in male was significantly higher than it in female , and it in the teachers whose age between 40 and 50 lower than it in the others.(2) Strain in male was significantly lower than it in female, and it in the teachers whose age between 40 and 50 lower than it in the others.(3) Personal resources in the teachers whose age between 40 and 50 lower than it in the others.
