【摘要】 近年来,随着人们消费观念的转变和生活水平的提高,牛奶及乳制品消费需求不断增加,奶牛饲养规模迅速扩大,奶牛业正逐渐成为农村经济中最具有发展潜力的产业。发展奶产业的基础是奶牛养殖,因此需要培养新一代有较高科技素质的农牧民来支撑奶产业的发展。然而,绝大多数奶牛养殖户居住在比较偏远的地区,我们无法向这样庞大的人口群体提供面对面的培训。黑龙江省奶牛养殖远程培训系统正是基于这样的需求而开发的。 本系统是一套基于B/S三层结构体系,采用大型数据库Sql Server2000和先进的ASP.NET技术开发的网上服务系统。整个系统由内网和外网两大部分组成,外网对过客提供简单服务,内网又根据使用系统的角色不同,将用户分为三类:管理员、专家和一般用户,整个系统采用由管理员统一配发帐号进行授权使用的形式。不同的用户从同一平台登录后根据用户身份确定服务类型、授予访问权限。专家与学员之间的交流主要通过在线聊天和论坛讨论两种方式实现。在线聊天模块用delphi开发了一个图形化的用户聊天程序,非常直观有趣。在论坛中加入短信息功能进一步加强了本系统交流沟通的能力。强大的论坛和直观的聊天功能将成为本系统的创新之处。 建设黑龙江省奶牛养殖远程培训系统,其作用可以从以下几方面得以体现:1.培训奶农,使他们掌握科学的奶牛养殖技术;2.向奶农发布科技信息;3.及时解决奶农在生产实践中遇到的问题。可以预计:建设这套系统,对我省乃至全国奶牛业的快速发展都具有重要的现实和长远意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the consumption demand of milk and dairy products is increasing constantly according with the transition of people’s consumption ideas and the improvement of the living standard. The scale of cow breeding expands rapidly and the cow industry is becoming the industry that has most development potentiality in rural economy gradually. The foundation of developing milk industry is cow breeding, so it needs to train a new generation farmers and herdsmen who have great quality to support its development. But, most cow-raisers live in the more remote area, we are unable to offer face-to-face training to the so huge colony of people. Heilongjiang Province remote training system of cow breeding is developed just for such demand.This system is an online service system which is based on the B/S 3-layer structure and adopt large-scale database Sql Server2000 and advanced ASP.NET technology. The whole system is made up of two major parts: inner-net, outer-net. The outer-net offers simple services to the transient guest. According to the role of different users, the inner-net divides users into three kinds: administrator , expert , general user. The whole system adopts this form to be used, allotting account number as users’ license by administrator. Different users will be provided different type of serving , given different authorize authority of visiting according to their identities after they have log-in from the same window. The exchange between experts and students realized mainly through chatting online and discussing with the forum. A graphic chat program has been developed in the online chat module using Delphi, and it is very interesting. Joining the short information function in the forum has further strengthened the exchange and communication ability of this system. The mightiness forum and graphic chat function of this system will become the innovation of this system..The function of Heilongjiang Province remote training system of cow breeding can reflect from the following aspects: 1.Train herdsmen to make them grasp the scientific cow cultural technique; 2.Release scientific and technological information to the herdsmen ; 3.Solve the problem which will be met in production and practices in time.
