ControlNet总线及网络控制技术在冷站控制系统中的应用

【摘要】 论文的研究工作是以某卷烟厂动力车间冷站控制系统工程改造为背景展开的。随着计算机技术、控制技术与网络通信技术的飞速发展,以现场总线作为企业信息系统的底层控制网络已成为控制网络发展的一个重要方向。如何选用适合于相关工程的总线技术,如何构建控制网络,以及实现底层控制网络与企业信息网络的数据融合,实现企业计算机集成制造系统已成为控制网络化研究的一个热点。换句话说,当现场设备的实时数据传送到控制网络的监控组态软件后,如何实现实时数据与组态软件的连接、以及组态软件与其它应用程序的数据交换是解决控制网络与信息网络集成的关键所在。论文在深入分析ControlNet 总线技术的基础上,重点剖析了ControlNet 在冷站控制系统改造中的应用。论文的主要内容和作者的主要贡献在于:对现场总线控制技术,尤其是ControlNet 总线技术的技术特点和应用范围进行深入分析,着重阐述了它的通讯模式、仲裁方式以及其网络体系结构,并与其它常见总线技术进行了对比;在对具体冷站工程技改项目控制要求和控制对象进行分析的基础上,对采用ControlNet 总线技术实现冷站控制系统的可行性进行了较全面的论证,并提出了详细而具体的方案设计,包括改造后各主要设备及中央操作站的控制功能和目标等;对冷站控制网络进行软硬件设计,包括其硬件结构与配置,现场控制器ControlLogix5555MMI软件编程以及它与组态软件RSView32间相互通讯的模式等,在此基础上,实现控制网络的有效运行;构建基于ControlNet 总线的冷站CIMS体系,并在对体系所采用的主要集成技术――OPC 技术和组态软件进行详细分析的基础上,不仅实现了整个冷站控制系统集成的软件架构,而且还运用RSView32组态软件对冷站控制网络和信息网络进行组态设计,从而实现控制网络与信息网络的集成;最后对整个系统的监控软件实现作了演示。不难看出,论文实际上研究的是如何运用ControlNet 总线技术对诸如冷站控制系统之类的过程控制系统,包括远程监控与数据采集(SCADA),进行方案论证、系统设计和相关理论分析。因此,论文对基于总线技术的控制系统的理论研究,尤其是工程应用具有相当的参考价值。
【Abstract】 The thesis is carried out based on the system transformation project about the coldstation of a cigar mill’s power workshop. With the development of the computer, control and network communication technology at full speed, that the fieldbus is regarded as the ground control network of the enterprise’s information system has already become an important developing direction of the control network. How to select the fieldbus technology suitable for the relevant project, how to structure the control network, how to realize the exchange and fusion of data between the ground control network and enterprise’s information network, and how to realize the enterprise’s CIMS have already been a focus on control networked research. In other words, when the real-time data of the on-the-spot equipments are passed to the configuration software of the control network, how to realize the connection of the real-time data with configuration software, and the data exchange between configuration software and application programs are the keys to solving control network and information network integration. In the thesis the author discusses the application of ControlNet fieldbus to the control system transformation of a coldstation at the basis of analyzing ControlNet fieldbus technology.The main content of the thesis and the author’s main contribution are listed as follows. The author has carried on a deep analysis to the fieldbus control technology, especially the technological characteristic of ControlNet bus and range of application, explained ControlNet’s communication mode, arbitrage way and its network system structure emphatically, and compared ControlNet with other common fieldbus technologies. Based on the analyse to the control requests and targets of technological transformation about the concrete coldstation project, the author goes on more overall demonstration to the feasibility of adopting ControlNet to structure the coldstation control system, and proposes a detailed and concrete conceptual design, including the main equipments and central operation station’s control function and goal after transforming.The author designs the software and hardware for the coldstation control network, including its hardware structure and disposition, the MMI software programming of ControlLogix5555 at the scene, and communication mode between ControlLogix5555 and configuration software RSView32, then realizes the efficiency run of the coldstation control network. Forming the CIMS of the coldstation and at the foundation of analyzing the main integrated technologies adopted by the system --OPC technology and configuration software, the author not only structures the software framework of the coldstation system integration, but also designs the coldstation control network and information network using RSView32 configuration software, in order to realize control network and information network integration. Finally, the control software of the whole system is demostrated in the thesis. Obviously, in fact it is studied in the thesis how to use ControlNet to prove the scheme, design system and analyze with the relevant theory to the course control systems same as the coldstation system, including supervisory control and data acquisition. So, the thesis has suitable reference value for the theory study of control system based on fieldbus technology, especially the project application etc.
