【摘要】 企业多元化经营一直以来是理论界、实践界研究和讨论的热门话题。面对世界经济日益区域化和国际化的发展趋势,如何在国际市场占尽先机、赢得市场份额成为跨国公司考虑的主要问题。企业的多元化经营可作为企业发展战略和寻求企业快速发展途径之一,因而受到企业决策层的诸多追捧,从国内和国外企业实践来看,对于实行多元化经营的企业有成功的案例,也有更多的则是失败的教训,围绕是否进行多元化经营、如何进行多元化经营这一系列问题引起诸多学者和企业实践家的理性思考。实施多元化经营是有效扩大企业规模的一种方式,对其进行深入研究可以为我国企业的发展提供更多的参考。与世界知名企业相比,我国企业具有规模小、竞争力弱、财力有限等不利因素,因而加强对我国企业的多元化经营的实证研究,具有更直接的指导意义。本文包括六个部分,绪论主要介绍立题背景及研究意义、本文的研究内容、研究方法。第二部分是对国内外研究的述评,首先对国外研究成果进行了综述,其次是对国内研究成果的综述,最后对多元化经营的研究成果进行简要的评述。第三部分是实证研究的基本框架,对多元化经营的含义进行界定和多元化经营程度、多元化经营的相关性以及业绩指标量化,以满足实证分析的需要,并对回归分析部分作了假设、建立相应的模型,最后对样本数据的收集与整理情况进行了简要的说明。第四部分是本文的重点,根据多元化经营程度及其相关性和企业业绩指标量化指标,采用回归和对比分析方法,对我国工业上市公司多元化经营业绩进行较为全面的实证分析。第五部分是对策建议,以实证研究的结论对我国工业企业多元化经营给予了政策指导。第六部分是结论,总结了本文研究的相关实证结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprise diversification is always the topical subject of research and discussion in theoretical and practice fields。With world economy increasingly regionalization and internationalizing , it is becoming the subject matter of the trans-corporation considering that How to take precedence and gain market on the international market。Enterprise diversification can be deemed to enterprise’s development strategy and one of seeking fast development approaches , so it is Pursued by a great deal of decision-makers of enterprises,according to our country and overseas enterprise practice,there are many successful cases of diversification,but there are also failed lesson. a line of questions that if it is manage in pluralism to go on and how it is manage cause a great deal of the rational thinking of scholars and enterprises。Diversification is a way to expand effectively the scope of the enterprise,Carrying on further investigation on it can offer more reference for development of enterprises of our country. Compared with world-famous enterprise, enterprises of our country have unfavorable factors such as weak competitiveness、limited financial resources、small scale, therefore strengthening the research of enterprise diversification of our country have more directive significance。This paper includes six parts,the introduction part includes background of setting up question and research meaning,domestic and international research current situation,the contents of research, research approach。The second part is domestic and international research current situation,carry on the survey to the research results in foreign countries at first,secondly it is a survey of the domestic research results, finally, Carry on the brief commentary to the domestic and foreign research results。The third part is a basic frame of this paper, define the meaning of diversification and quantified to diversification degree、diversification relation and corporate achievement,in order to meet the need of practical analysis,and assume the part of regression analysis、make according models,finally carried on the brief explanation to the collection of the sample data and arrangement situation. The fourth part is a focal point of this paper, according to the quantization of diversification degree、diversification relation and corporate achievement,adopt the method of regression analysis and comparative analysis,carry on more comprehensive practical analysis to diversification performance of industrial listed company of our country. The fifth part is solutions of promoting, Manage solution guidance to the industrial enterprise diversification of our country。The sixth part It is a conclusion,summary relevant research conclusion of this paper。更多还原
