e-维护模式下企业设备维修决策研究

【摘要】 工欲善其事,必先利其器,全面、有效的企业设备维修管理不仅是企业正常生产秩序的重要保证,也是提高企业设备投资效益,促使企业固定资产保值和增值的关键内容。为了适应现代化设备维修管理的要求,企业不断运用新的设备维修管理体制,采用新的设备检测、诊断与维修技术,以提高设备的可靠性,降低维修成本。 e-维护结合最新的网络技术、状态监测与远程诊断维护技术,通过维护资源的优化配置和维护流程的工作流管理实现维护效益的最大化。其动态联盟基础上的协同工作模式虽然提高了设备的可靠性与综合使用效率,但同时也增加了企业的设备维修管理与决策的复杂性、动态性和时效性。为此,本论文在分析e-维护特点的基础上,对维护决策的体系、因素、方法与决策支持系统进行了研究。 论文首先从设备使用企业和设备制造企业两个角度,对传统设备维修管理中存在的问题进行了总结与归纳,指出了e-维护模式产生的现实意义,分别从应用需求、方法与理论、商务支持、应用技术和支撑平台五个方面建立了e-维护实施的体系与技术支撑。在此基础上,对e-维护模式下企业设备维修管理针对性、动态性、智能性和联盟性的特点进行了分析,提出了e-维护的动态三角联盟。 其次,对设备维修决策机制进行了研究,分别从设备本身、企业内部资源及外部协作等三方面,进行了e-维护模式下的企业设备维修决策影响因素分析。提出了e-维护模式下企业设备维修决策体系,从战略层、战术层和运作层对其维修决策进行了综合的考虑。 论文重点对设备维修决策中的关键,即维修主体的决策、维修方式决策和维修类型的决策进行了研究。采用综合目标逻辑判断法进行了维修主体的选择、采用层次分析法(AHP)结合技术经济分析对维修方式进行决策、用模糊综合评判法(FCE)对维修类型的决策进行了详细的分析与建模。 论文最后对e-维护模式下的企业设备维修决策支持系统(DSS)进行了结构设计,分析了其系统结构与功能结构,为下一步的研究奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 The mechanic who wishes to do his work well, must first sharpen his tools. The effective equipment maintenance management is not only the important factor to working order, but also the key content of improving the invest benefit. In order to fit such new demand, enterprise keeps adopting new maintenance management system and the modern detecting and diagnoses technique to improve the equipment reliability and reduce the cost.E-maintenance integrates the newest network and state-monitoring and remote diagnoses maintenance technique to realize maximum of the maintenance benefit through optimizing the allocation of maintenance resource and working flow management. However, its collaboration work mode based on dynamic alliance increases the equipment’s reliability and efficiency, but make the maintenance management and decision-making more complex at the same time. Based on the characteristic of e-maintenance, this paper studies the system of maintenance decision-making, the influencing factors, methods and the decision support system (DSS).Firstly, from the view of user and manufacturer, this paper summarizes the problems in the traditional maintenance management and points out the significance of the e-maintenance Then the whole system and technique supporting of the e-maintenance application was proposed in the following five aspects: demand, methods and theory, business supporting, application technique and the supporting flat. This paper summarizes the five main characteristics of the e-maintenance as the following: pertinence, dynamic, intelligent and alliance.Then, this paper studied the decision mechanism and carries out the influencing factors analysis from equipment itself, inner resource and outer collaboration. Based on the comprehensive consideration of strategy layer, tactics layer and operation layer, a total framework of enterprise equipment maintenance decision based on e-maintenance was pointed out.Thirdly, because maintenance undertaker decision, maintenance mode decision and the maintenance type decision are the key problem among the decision framework, so this paper emphases on analyzing and modeling this three decision with logic judgment, techno-economic analysis, AHP, FCE, and so on .Finally, this paper designs the enterprise equipment maintenance decision support system under the mode of e-maintenance, and present its system structure and total function structure.
