基于虚拟样机技术的柴油机检修系统

【摘要】 随着信息技术的发展,计算机逐渐被应用于国民生产的各个领域。在机械行业中,CAD技术以及基于CAD技术的虚拟样机技术的广泛应用使机械产品的生产效率得到较大提高,生产成本得以降低,产品质量得以加强。目前,虚拟样机技术主要被用于产品的设计与制造等环节中,但在产品检修领域应用却很少。本文将尝试开发一种基于虚拟样机技术的柴油机检修系统。通过该系统,用户可以在虚拟环境下观察柴油机各零部件的三维外形特征和柴油机的装配结构,可以对柴油机的三维模型进行控制,对柴油机装配过程进行实时交互控制,同时还可以实时了解各零部件的检修文档。 本论文是在Windows 2000 professor的微机操作平台上,以VC++6.0为编程工具进行系统开发。以Pro/ENGINEER2001为三维造型工具,建立柴油机的三维模型,并输出为OBJ图形文件。在VC++6.0编程环境下,设计针对OBJ图形文件的输入接口,从OBJ图形文件中读取三维模型数据。在系统中引入OpenGL图形标准,通过OpenGL的函数实现OBJ文件中的三维模型几何重建,同时实现三维模型的各种辅助控制功能。用数据库组织和存储各种装配数据和检修文档。在VC++6.0环境下通过数据库接口技术从数据库中提取上述数据,并利用这些数据实现拆装过程仿真与检修文档的同步显示。实际上,柴油机检修系统涵盖内容十分广泛,本文仅以柴油机气缸盖为例,重点论述该系统可视化部分的实现技术。

【Abstract】 With the development of information technology, computers are used in different field of civil production. In mechanical field, the broad using of CAD and virtual prototyping technology based on CAD make the efficiencies of production higher, the costs of production lower, and the qualities of product better. Currently virtual prototyping technology is used in many aspects of production, such as design and manufacture, but it is seldom used in overhauling of product. The overhauling system of diesel engine based on virtual prototyping technology was developed in this thesis experimentally, and the main work is to study how to construct this system. The geometrical characteristics and the assembly structures of the parts can be observed in the virtual environment, the 3D models can be controlled, the process of assembly can be controlled and the overhauling documents can be browsed at the same time in the system. So the malfunction of diesel engine can be found approximately without disassembling the diesel engine practically.The system was compiled by VC++6.0 on Windows 2000 professional. The 3D models of diesel engine were constructed in Pro/ENGINEER 2001, and these models were exported into the OBJ files that are one kind of standard graphics file. The graphics interface to OBJ files was developed in VC++6.0, through which the model data in OBJ files is import to the system. The geometrical reconstruction functions were realized with the standard functions of the OpenGL that is one kind of graphics standard and was included in this system, the accessorial control functions were also realized at the same time. All data including the assembly data and the overhauling document was organized and stored in the database. The data in database was accessed through with the interface technology of database, and used to realize the simulation of assembly and disassembly and the simultaneousshow of the overhauling documents in VC++6.0. In fact, the context included in the overhauling system of diesel engine is so broad, so we only study the realization technologies of the visualization of system in detail in the thesis.
