铝包钢丝感应加热控制模型的研究

【摘要】 连续挤压包覆技术应用于铝包钢丝生产是国际上八十年代末发展起来的一项新技术,克服了传统铝包钢丝制造方法生产率低、质量差、产品品种少的缺点,得到了广泛应用。连续挤压包覆生产工艺要求在铝包钢丝之前,钢丝线必须预热到适当的温度,采用感应加热方法具有:加热速度快,加热温度高,非接触式加热,容易实现温度自动控制等优点。 本文从感应加热基本原理出发,分析了感应加热的基本特性,提出三点模型假设,并给出了钢丝感应加热的理想模型;利用钢丝线轴对称性将三维状态方程简化为二维方程,利用MATLAB软件,设定相应的边界条件和热源功率,将方程变形为能用MATLAB函数parobolic求解的标准形式。 结合MATLAB对状态方程的模拟数据,研究了钢丝感应加热过程中轴向和径向温度场特性以及温度和时间的关系;研究了钢丝感应加热有用功率和线速度、钢丝直径、表面温度之间的关系,并基于这些关系和模拟数据,给出感应加热器有用功率和钢丝线速度、直径、表面温度之间的函数关系式;对感应加热器的电效率和热损耗功率进行了理论分析和计算;最后给出感应加热器总功率的计算模型,此模型适合计算机对温度进行控制。 通过感应加热实验获得实验数据,将理论计算结果和实验结果进行比较并计算误差,得出除少数点外,误差均小于10%,满足精度要求。从实验角度证明理论计算公式的正确性及精确性,最后给出通过计算机实现温度控制的过程。 本课题的实现有利于提高连续挤压设备的自动化水平,加强工作过程的稳定性和灵敏性,有利于降低工人的劳动强度,避免手动调节和人工操作的随机性,使温度调节过程更加规范、合理和准确,大大提高产品质量和生产效率。
【Abstract】 The technics of continuous extrusion cladding which is applied to the product of aluminium cladding steel wire is a new technology that has been developped in the world from 80’s, it overcomes the shortcomings of low productivity, poor quality and little variety of traditional technics of aluminium cladding steel and is used widely. The technics of continuous extrusion cladding requests that the steel wire must be preheated to proper temperature ahead of aluminium cladding steel wire. Adopping the conduct heating has the following merits: Heating fast; high heated temperature, and non- contact-type; high heating efficiency; be easy to realize temperature control automatically.This text is based on the basic principle of conduct heating , analyses the basic characteristic of conduct heating, tables three hypothesizes of model and sets up the basis model of conduct heating; Utilizes axial symmetry of steel wire to simplify the three-dimensional state equation to two-dimentional equation, utilizes MATLAB software , establishing corresponding border terms and heating power ,to change the equation to the standard form that can be solved with MATLAB function parabolic.Based on the simulation datas of the state equation from MATLAB, study the temperature field in axis and radius orientation during heating; study the relationship between temperature and time; study the relationship between heat power and linear velocity, diameter of steel wire, external temperature. Based on these relationships and simulation datas, established the function between the useful power and linear velocity, diameter, external temperature. Carry the analyse in theory and calculate on useful power and thermal waste of conduct heating machine; Provide the calculation model of general power finally, this model is suit for computer control.Get experimental datas through conduct heating experiment, and has experimental datas compared with calculate datas and calculate the error, theerror is about 10% except few points, meet the precision requirement , prove validity and accuracy of calculating formula in terms of experiment , and realize temperature control through the computer finally.The realization of this subject helps to improve the automatic level of continuous extrusion machine, strengthens the stability and sensitivity of the working course, helps to reduce workers’ labour intensity, avoid randomness of regulating manually and man’s operation, make the temperature control course more normal, more rational and more accurate, improve product quality and production efficiency greatly .
