【摘要】 现代工业自动化过程日益复杂,自动化和智能化程度也越来越高。FCS(现场总线控制系统)以其全数字、全分散、全开放的绝对优势成为21世纪工控领域的新一代主流产品。FCS因其综合运用控制理论、计算机软硬件技术、计算机网络和通信技术、电子设备、仪器仪表和其他设备及技术,在工业生产中被广泛应用。由于FCS技术含量很高,且各厂家软硬件系统各不相同,用户通常需要厂家的技术支持。技术支持通常依赖技术人员和用户之间的电话交流来进行,这种交流既耗时又容易出错。如果这种方法不能解决,那么就需要技术人员长途跋涉。 本文提出了一种基于COTS技术网络远程技术支持系统。基于COTS的软件系统主要是集成一组COTS软件建造成系统。系统开发者负责选择和取得(购买和收集)COTS软件,并把他们集成到一个新的系统中去,从而建造新的软件系统。通过该系统,出现任何的技术问题时,用户无论以何种方式连接到Internet,都可以随时向生产厂家的技术服务部报告,要求提供技术服务;厂家的技术服务部通过自身网络服务器等待任何用户的求救报告;提供技术服务时,不再需要亲临现场或电话交流等低效率方式,只需通过因特网远程控制工业现场PC机或操作站,配合网上语音方式交流,远程查看系统状态、数据监测、参数设置、组态下载等操作,快速准确解决客户端大部分问题,就像本人在现场一样。 本课题升级改造后的MMB2004系统已经通过了调试,即将在新的项目中得以应用。实验证明,该方案切实可行、可靠性及其系统性能高、通用性强,有很好的发展前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Modern mechanic equipment is becoming more and more complicated, automated and intelligent. FCS (field bus control system) by its entire digital, the entire disperse, the entire opening absolute superiority becomes the 21st century the new generation mainstream product of the industry-control domain. FCS because of its synthesis utilization control theory, the computer software and hardware technology, the computation network and the communication, the electronic installation, the instrument measuring appliance and other equipment and the technology, is widely applied in the industrial production. Because FCS’ technology content is very high, also various factories’ software and hardware system is various, users usually need factory technical support. The technical support usual depends on telephone exchanges between technical personnel and users. This kind of exchange also waste time and is easy to make a mistake. If this method cannot solve, then it needs the technical personnel to make a long and wearisome journey.This paper proposes one kind of network remote technical support system based on the COTS technology. The system bases on the COTS software system constructs a system by integrating a group of COTS software. The system development is responsible to choose and obtain (purchase and collect) the COTS software, and integrates them to a new system in, thus constructs the new software system. Through this system, when appearing any technical question, the user regardless of by what way connecting to Internet, may report to the factory’s technical service department as necessary; the factory’s technical service department wait for any user’s rescue report through own network ; when providing the technical service, technical personnel no longer need low efficiency way: on scene or telephone exchange and so on, just through the Internet long-distance control industry scene PC machine or operation station, cooperatting with the net sound-exchange way, long-distance examining system mode, data monitor, parameter establishment, configuration downloading , the fast and accurately solve client side majority of questions, like oneself in the scene.The updated MMB2004 system has passed debugging and will be used inthe new project.
