【摘要】 本文以作者参与的国家863计划资助项目《产品全生命周期工艺信息管理系统关键技术研究》(编号:2001AA412130)为背景,对工艺知识管理若干关键技术进行了研究,并开发出了基于Web的工艺知识管理系统。经过企业用户试用后反映良好,对提高企业工艺知识管理水平、促进企业信息化建设具有一定的理论价值和现实意义。 本文的工作主要分为以下几个部分: 1.首先介绍了工艺知识管理的基本概念及特征,阐述了工艺知识管理国内外研究现状及存在的问题,说明课题来源及研究工作的意义,提出论文主要研究内容。 2.提出系统实现两个功能目标: (1) 为企业员工提供工艺知识查询检索和交流的信息平台; (2) 实现企业工艺知识资源的维护与管理以及工艺知识资源服务子系统网页的动态维护。 在对主流系统结构与开发技术进行对比分析之后,采用浏览器/服务器系统结构与微软DNA技术。按照系统设计目标并结合选用的技术方案,进行了系统的逻辑结构设计、体系结构设计与总体功能设计。 3.对工艺知识管理系统若干关键技术进行了研究: (1) 提出了工艺知识面向对象的表达方法,建立了工艺知识对象的信息模型; (2) 建立了工艺规程的XML描述模型,提出了基于XML文件的工艺规程信息集成方法; (3) 提出了基于分类树和模糊匹配的工艺知识资源检索方法。 4.介绍了PKR_SMS系统主要功能的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper bases on the country high-tech imburse project "The key technologies study for the process knowledge (PK) management system in the whole production lifecycle"(NO:2001AA412130),studied some key technologies in the PK management, developed a PK management system based on Web. The system proved to be efficacious after probation, and it has some theoretical and practical signification to develope the corporation PK managment ability and the informationization of enterprises.The main content of this paper are as follows:1. First introduced the concepts and characters of the PK management and the problems in the study of the PK management,showed the significance of the study in this paper,put forward the main content of this paper.2. there are two function aims for the system:(1) afford a platform for the stuff to searche and query the PK and intercommunion;(2) maintenance and manage the corporation’s PK resourses and web pages of the process knowledge resourses management and service system ;after contrast and analyse,choosed the B/S server logical structure and microsoft DNA technology, developed the logical structure,real structure and whole function according to the design purpose and the technology scheme.3. Some key technologies in PKRSMS are studied:(1) the object oriented method of PK the information model are developed;(2) XML based process information regulations model and method are constructed;(3) PK searching method based on classification tree and illegibility matching are developed.4. realization of the main functions of PKRSMS are introduced.更多还原
