面向企业网络环境的CAPP关键技术研究与系统开发

【摘要】 本文以作者参与的辽宁省博士启动基金资助项目《面向企业网络环境的CAPP关键技术研究与系统开发》(编号:2001102073)为背景,对面向企业网络环境的CAPP若干关键技术进行了研究,并开发了一套基于B/S模式,交互型、派生型复合的WEB-CAPP原型系统。本文的研究对促进企业信息化具有一定的理论价值和现实意义。 主要研究内容和成果如下: 1.构建了由基础层、数据层、工具层、功能层和接口层组成的总体体系结构。提出了系统的总体功能结构框架、集成平台结构以及基于B/S模式的三层逻辑结构。采用实体联系图工具设计了系统的信息模型,并构建了系统的数据库物理信息模型。 2.对WEB-CAPP系统的若干关键技术进行了研究: (1) 建立了按工艺BOM展开的工艺文件通用信息对象模型,较好地解决了CAPP系统数据模型难以表达的问题。 (2) 建立了具有8位编码的零件分类编码体系,有利于实现工艺设计的标准化和基于零件关键标识的相似工艺检索。 (3) 提出了基于零件关键标识的实例推理工艺派生方法,对基于零件关键标识的相似工艺检索原理和相似系数计算方法进行了详细阐述。 (4) 提出了基于XML的异构系统信息交换模型,并采用XML/XSLT技术解决了网络环境下的CAPP工艺卡片定制生成问题。 (5) 从工艺术语标准化支持、工艺装备标准化支持、原型工艺标准化支持三个方面建立了工艺标准化工作支持环境。 (6) 提出了网络环境下的项目工作流管理模型,阐述了工艺任务生成、分派与监控机制以及网络环境下的系统安全及权限管理方法。 3.介绍了WEB-CAPP原型系统的运行开发环境,对其主要功能界面进行了说明,并采用某机车厂的工艺实例进行了系统测试和验证。
【Abstract】 In this paper, based on the project, Study on the key technologies and development of CAPP based on extranet (No.2001102073), which supported by doctor startup foundation in Liaoning province, some key technologies of CAPP extranet-based are studied, in addition, a B/S-based and interactive and derivable WEB-CAPP prototype system is developed. The research of this paper has certain theory value and practical significance in promoting enterprise’s informationization.The following is the main achievements of this dissertation:1. The system architecture is constructed, which consist of base layer, data layer, tool layer, function layer, interface layer. The system overall function structure framework, integrated platform structure and 3 tier logic structure based on B/S mode are carried out. Used the E-R graph tool to design the system information model, and has constructed the system database physical information model.2. Some key technologies in WEB-CAPP are studied:(1) The general information object model of process file expanding by PPBOM is constructed, which can well solve the problem of CAPP data model describing.(2) The architecture of part classification code is established, it is profitable for the realization of standardizing process planning and search of similar process based on part key identifier.(3) The method of CBR process derivation based on part key identifier is presented, as well as the principle of similar process case search based on part key identifier and the method of similarity coefficient calculating are expatiated on.(4) The information exchange model based on XML between different construction systems is carried out, and the solution of customized generation of process card through XML/XSLT technologies is realizedunder extranet environment.(5) The support environment of process standardization work is constructed, which based on the support of process term standardization, process equipment standardization, prototype process standardization.(6) The project workflow management model under extranet environment is presented. At the same time, the mechanism of generation; allocation and monitoring of process tasks and the method of system safety and permission management under extranet environment are expatiated on.3. The running and development environment of prototype WEB-CAPP system are introduced. Then the main function interfaces are interpreted and the system is tested and validated by process instances of a locomotive factory.
