一种现场总线与以太网互联的设计与实现
Design and Realization Based on Interlinking of Field Bus and Ethernet

【摘要】 计算机网络、通信及控制技术的飞速发展导致了自动化系统结构的深刻变革。信息交换沟通的领域正在迅速覆盖世界的各个角落,从工厂的现场设备层到控制、管理的各个层次,从工段、车间、工厂、企业到世界各地的市场。目前,现场总线构成的底层控制网络广泛应用于工业控制领域,而以太网早已成为管理、信息网络的首要选择。然而,企业对“管—控”一体化及企业信息系统的需求迫切要求控制网络与管理、信息网络的融合,以实现全厂以及全世界范围内的信息共享。 本文从控制网络与信息网络的发展现状出发,详细分析了现场总线与以太网的特点,介绍了目前解决控制网络与信息网络融合的两种方案,并从实际工程应用的角度论述了两种方案的利弊,最后根据实际情况提出了“现场总线+以太网+MODBUS/TCP”解决方案并引出了现场总线—以太网嵌入式网关。 文章以满足实际工程应用需求为基础,详细介绍了现场总线、以太网的网络结构、工作原理,包括CAN2.0B、TCP/IP及MODBUS/TCP协议规范,在此基础上讨论了“现场总线+以太网+MODBUS/TCP”方案的网络结构、协议转换的设计思路及网络模型,提出应用OPC技术解决I/O硬件设备以及软件之间的互操作性问题。接着介绍了嵌入式网关硬件平台的选型——必须从实际工业应用的角度综合考虑开发成本,开发周期,性价比,可靠性与可扩充性等多方面因素。最后具体介绍网关、网关服务器软件的程序设计及实现过程,其中重点讨论了多线程编程及缓冲区的设计。
【Abstract】 The rapid development of the computer network, communication and control technology has induced the profound transformation of the industry control field. The exchange of communication is spreading all over the world, from factory equipment layer to control and supervision layer, from workshop, factory and enterprise to the market all over the world. At the present time, the first floor control network that constituted by the field bus widely applies in the industry control domain, but the most important choice of the management and information network is Ethernet However ,the demand of the enterprise "manage-control" integration and the enterprise information system urgently need the combination of control network and the management, the information network, and realizing information sharing in the scope of the whole factory and the world.This article embarks from the development present situation of the control network and the information network, particularly analysis the characteristic between the field bus and the Ethernet ,introduced two kind of plans that solves the control network and the information network fusion problem, and elaborated two kind of plans advantages from the actual project application angle, finally according to the actual situation proposed "field bus + Ethernet +MODBUS " scheme and enduced the "CAN-Ethernet" embedded gateway.The article introduced the field bus, the Ethernet network architecture and the principle, including CAN2.0B, TCP/IP,MODBUD/ TCP standard protocol in detail, based that, discussed the network architecture, the ideal of protocol conversion and network model of "field bus + Ethernet +MODBUS/ TCP "plan, and put forward that using the OPC technology to sovles the mutually operational question between I/O hardware equipment as well as software. Then, the choice of gateway hardware platform must based the actual industrial application and considerated the various factor, including development cost, the development cycle, price, the reliability and so on.Finally specifically introduced the programming of the gateway, the gateway server software and the realization process, discussed the multi-thread programming and thebuflFer design with emphasis.
