企业危机预警管理系统研究

【摘要】 随着经济体制改革的逐步推进和现代企业制度的建立,我国企业活力和管理水平都有了较大的提高,但是不能否认仍有相当数量和规模的企业处在亏损甚至破产的边缘。据调查,我国企业平均寿命要低于国外企业4.5年。针对这些问题,理论学界和企业界人士都进行了深入的研究和探讨,发现使企业陷入危机的真正原因,不仅仅是由于外界的冲击,更表现为企业内部没有建立完善的预警系统。这也就是为什么相同的外部环境下,许多具有相同资源、技术条件的企业中,有的能实现持续发展,而有的却陷入困境。企业内部因素是导致企业亏损的重要原因,这些都是缘于长期以来企业管理活动对危机的意识不强、预防措施不当而造成的。加入WTO后,经济一体化带来更多的机遇和挑战,企业经营环境的不确定性加大,竞争的压力增强,危机发生的可能性较之以往更大。在这样的背景下,企业更需要对管理者强化危机意识,建立危机预警系统,以防止危机的爆发。 本文主体部分有五个部分组成: 前言部分引出了企业危机预警管理,并指出危机预警研究的必要性和意义,同时概括了本文研究的内容和方法。 第一部分对危机预警理论综述,通过概括危机预警的相关理论,借鉴危机预警研究方面的先进经验。 第二部分是企业危机分析,对危机的定义、特征、发展过程的分析,并揭示了危机的成因,同时对危机在企业发展阶段中进行识别。 第三部分是危机预警的国际借鉴,通过国际知名企业的成功经验,指出我国企业与国外企业的差距,并分析和评价了企业危机预警的几种模式。 第四部分是企业危机预警的运行机制,该部分论述了企业危机预警的功能,分析了危机预警管理的制度支持系统,并对危机预警的程序进行了探索。 第五部分是构建企业危机预警管理系统,该系统由预警分析系统和预控对策系统两部分组成,为企业进行危机分析和危机处理提供有效的方法,并建立策略体系。

【Abstract】 With china’s further reforming and the setting-up of the modern enterprise system, the competitive power and management level of our companies have been improved rapidly. But we have discovered that there are still a lot of companies that are suffering loss or even closing to bankrupt. We can see from the investigation result, the enterprise’s average life span in our country was lower than the overseas enterprise almost by 4.5 years. In order to solve these problems, people in theory area and practical area are all carrying on deep research and discussion, their discovery is that the real reason which make enterprises fall into crisis is not merely because of the external factors, it is just because the shortage of the idea in crisis early-warning inside enterprises. That is why some companies can run successfully while some suffering crisis under the same external environment and the same resources and technological conditions. The important reason that put the companies fall into crisis is that the business administration goes wrong, and because most of our companies have not crisis awareness and have not find the correct measures during their operational activities. After joining WTO, the economic integration and globalization brings more opportunities and challenges, and with the foreign enterprises coming, the domestic market is more risky than it was, so that the uncertainty of enterprise’s management environment increases greatly, and the pressure of the competition is strengthened rapidly. Under such background, in order to prevent the outburst of the crisis, we need to strengthen the crisis awareness to the administrators, and build the early-warning management system in enterprise for supervising, diagnosing, controlling the crisis.The whole paper is divided into five parts:The fist part analyzes the early warning theory of the crisis, and point out the necessity and meaning of early warning research of the crisis, and summarize research contents and method of this paper at the same time.The second part analyzes the crises of the enterprises, and the definition, the feature of crises, the types and also classifies the enterprises viable to the attacks. This part also analyzes the causes for the crises from the internal and external factors, and the developing stage and the course of enterprise’s crisis.The third part is about the successful experience of the foreign enterprises, and compares the differences between the famous foreign enterprises and our. And also analyzes several crises formation, and then their advantages and disadvantages.The fourth part is the operating mechanism of enterprise’s crisis pre warning, describing the function of enterprise’s crisis pre warning, analyzing the crisis supports the system, and exploring the course of the enterprise’s crisis.The fifth part conducting the system for the early warning administrative, the system includes two parts: the early-warning analysis system and the countermeasure system, in order to analyze the crisis and offer the effective method for the crisis.
