【摘要】 企业成长动力问题是学术界长期探讨的问题,也是企业成长所面临的现实问题。而国内学术界和企业界对于中小型高科技企业成长动力的研究几乎还是一片空白,国外对此方面的研究及其相关成果也是零零散散。然而,目前我国中小型高科技企业普遍存在着创新能力不足、内部激励机制不健全、管理水平低等现实问题,这些问题的存在给企业的成长带来了许多的障碍。因此,本论文的研究目的就是针对我国中小型高科技企业的成长动力现状、发展趋势,成长动力的外部元素,成长动力的内部元素,以及一些特殊的成长动力元素,并依据企业成长动力已有的相关理论,对我国中小型高科技企业的成长动力、动力元素和动力系统进行研究和分析,旨在对我国中小型高科技企业成长动力的增强和企业的持续成长有所裨益。 本论文首先对企业成长动力的相关理论进行了综述,对生命周期理论、三因素理论、企业成长理论、企业动力合成理论、企业动力起动论、激励理论进行了阐述和评价;在此基础上构建了中小型高科技企业成长动力系统,并对成长动力形成机理进行了重点地论述和分析;然后,论文对构成中小型高科技企业成长动力的内部动力元素、外部动力元素和一类特殊动力元素进行了详细的论证分析;随后,论文对高科技企业成长过程中的动力陷阱进行分析,并提出了一些防范措施;论文的最后对我国中小型高科技企业成长动力现状进行了描述,对存在的问题提出了一些相应的措施,结尾处对我国中小型高科技企业未来的成长趋势做出了展望。 论文在借鉴已有研究成果的基础上,对我国中小型高科技企业成长动力系统、成长动力元素的构成、“跳越”元素的提出和论证、动力陷阱的提出和分析等方面做出了一定的创新。 论文在写作过程中力图做到理论性强,创新点突出,指导性强,实用性明显,叙述简捷,研究重点深入,以使研究成果对中小型高科技企业成长的进一步相关研究、企业建立良好的企业成长动力机制具有一定的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problem of enterprise’s growing impetus is the problem that the academic circles have studied it over a long period of time, and it is also a realistic problem faced by the enterprise growth. But in the domestic academic circles and the business enterprise fields, the research of middle and small sized high-tech enterprise growing impetus still is blank. International research of this respect and relevant achievement are scattered. However, at present our country’s middle and small sized high-tech enterprise exist generally some realistic problems, for example, the creative ability shortage, inner encouragement mechanism no sound, low level of management and so on. The existence of these problems brings many obstacles for the growth of the business enterprise. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to study and analyze the growing impetus, impetus elements and impetus system of our country’s middle and small sized high-tech enterprise, aiming at growing impetus actuality, development trend, outer and inner elements growing impetus and some especial growing impetus elements, according to existed relevant theories, in order to enhance the growing impetus of our country’s middle and small sized high-tech enterprise and be helpful for the continuing growth of enterprise.This thesis has carried on the survey to the relevant theory of enterprise growing impetus at first and explained and appraised life period of enterprise theory, three elements theory, enterprise growing theory, enterprise impetus start theory, motivational theory. On the basis of this, the thesis structure the dynamical system of the enterprise growing, also especially discuss and analyze the growing impetus formation mechanism. And then, this thesis analyze the outer and inner impetus elements and a kind of especial impetus element in detail, which structure the growing impetus of middle and small sized high-tech enterprise. Later, the thesis carry on the analysis to the impetus trap during high-tech enterprise growing process, and put forward some guard measures. The last part of thisthesis describe the growing impetus actuality of our country’s middle and small sized high-tech enterprise, and put forward some corresponding measures to these existed problems. At last, this thesis do outlook for the future growth trend of our country’s middle and small sized high-tech enterprise.On the basis of existing achievement, this thesis has some innovation in the dynamical system of the enterprise growing, the structure of the growing impetus elements, the analysis and reasoning of "jump" element, the proposition and analysis of impetus trap.The thesis try hard and accomplish in the course of writing theoretical qualities better, innovation clicked outstandingly, guidance being strong, practicability being obvious, simple and direct narrating, studying and deepening especially, so that the achievements in research have sure reference meanings further to middle and small sized high-tech enterprise to set up relevant research and enterprise to set up good impetus mechanism of enterprise growth.更多还原
