远程动态心电监护系统

【摘要】 移动互连网络技术已得到越来越多的系统运营商和系统开发商的重视,以移动网络作为数据无线传输网络,可以开发出多种前景极其乐观的各类应用。本课题所研究的远程心电监护系统正是利用手机GSM、GPRS通信网络传输心电信息来实现远程动态心电监测。利用移动通信网络进行心电数据无线传输,无须自己建立发射和接收装置,电路结构简单,应用芯片较少,经济实用。它包括两个部分:一部分心电记录仪和手机组成的心电数据采集、发送系统;另一部分是电话、IP网络和微机组成的数据接收、处理系统。 心电记录仪以AVR单片机Atmega8和FLASH存储器芯片作为核心器件,它通过串口与手机连接。在单片机的控制下,记录仪能实时、准确的记录病人的心电信号,并通过手机将心电信号传送到医院。监测中心的数据接收、处理系统是基于VC++6.0开发的,它实现了心电数据的接收、心电波形的回放、心电诊断以及短信SMS反馈诊断信息等功能。 动态心电监护具有监测时间长、数据量大的特点,所以心电数据压缩十分必要。对于心电信号压缩的方法有很多,本文提出了心电信号小波变换自适应编码压缩方法,与其它压缩方法相比,此方法失真小,压缩比大。

【Abstract】 Mobile communication network technology has been paid more and more attention by system managers and developers. Based on the mobile communication network, many kinds of applications to wireless data transmission can be well developed. In the paper, a telemedicine ECG monitoring system transmitting ECG signal by GSM, GPRS communication network is studied. The system can entirely realize telemedicine dynamic ECG monitoring. With GSM, GPRS communication network, the system is economic, practical and needless of constructing devices for transmitting and receiving signal. Moreover, the system is of simple structure and use of less chips. The system consists of two parts: the portable recording devices carried by patients and the monitoring system installed in the monitoring hospital.The portable recording device is designed by using an AVR single-chip microprocessor Atmega8 and FLASH memories. The device communicates with mobile communication network through interface RS-232. By using the single-chip microprocessor, the device can record ECG precisely and transmit the recorded data to the monitoring hospital. The software in the monitoring system has been developed with VC++6. 0. It has such functions as receiving ECG, showing the ECG wave on the screen, completing ECG diagnosis and feedback the diagnosis in SMS format to patients.It is known that the long time period of recording for dynamic ECG signal is necessary. Therefore, a large amount of data should be stored, so the compression of ECG signal is very essential. There are a lot of methods on the compression of ECG signal, but in the paper, the method is based on wavelet transform and adaptive coding. It can obtain better compression rate than other methods and reflect the accurate detail of original signal.
