【摘要】 本文研究内容是对我国部分优秀男子标枪运动员的投掷步最后两步及最后用力技术进行运动学分析,旨在得出技术参数,为教练员训练提供具体量化指标,使运动员技术得到进一步完善。以全国田径大奖赛南京站标枪决赛前8名运动员为研究对象,采用JVC9800高速摄像机以100fp/s的速度进行现场拍摄以及运用SIMI-motion录像解析系统进行图像解析。研究结果显示:(1) 交叉步阶段左腿蹬伸时机不当,蹬地角过大,右腿摆动垂直分力过大,导致腾空过高,身体重心起伏大,影响重心水平速度;(2) 投掷步最后一步步长大,左腿积极主动下插不够,导致右腿单支撑时间长,不能尽快进入双支撑阶段,为最后用力提供稳固的支撑;(3) 最后用力超越器械程度不够,工作距离短,影响标枪出手初速度;(4) 在投掷步最后一步左脚着地时,左膝关节缓冲幅度大,蹬伸幅度小,左腿的稳固支撑和蹬伸能力差;(5) 在最后用力鞭打技术中普遍存在着投掷臂各环节没有依次发力和传递动量的现象,使整个鞭打动作效果不佳;(6) 标枪出手瞬间出手角度偏大,攻角基本合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Content, this text of research to is it exert oneself to our country some outstanding man throw step , javelin of athlete technology carry on kinematics analyse finally to have two more last, aim at drawing the technical parameter, offer the concrete quantization index for coach’s training, make athlete’s technology perfected further. Stand darts finals the top 8 athlete as the research object with National Track and Field Championship Nanjing, adopt JVC9800 high-speed camera and shoot and use the SIMI-motion video to analyze the system to analyze the picture at the speed of l00fp/s. The result of study shows: (1) The left leg of cross step stage pedals and stretches the opportunity improperly, the takeoff angle is too big, the right leg swings the vertical strength of dividing too big, result in soaring too high, it is heavy for weight to rise and fall, increase weight horizontal velocity lose; (2) The run-up grows up step by step finally, left leg have not enough to is it insert to lay , cause right foot form support time to be long , can’t enter one pair of supporting phases as soon as possible , in order to offer firm support hard finally, the arrestment momentum of the low limbs transmits the result unsatisfactorily. (3) It is not enough to surmount degree of apparatus hard finally, exert oneself the job distance short finally, will inevitablely influence the darts skill tempo ; (4) While throwing the left foot of the last step of step and landing, the left knee joint buffers the range largly, is it stretch range to be little to pedal, left stability support of leg is it stretch ability to be poor to pedal; ( 5). Generally have every link of throwing arm that has not had an effect and transmitted momentums sequentially in exerting oneself whiplash technology finally, make the whole whiplash movement result not good.
