全消光涤纶长丝的研制
Produce of Full Dull PET Filament

【摘要】 全消光产品是国内近年来兴起的一种差别化产品,由于其高TiO2含量,改变了熔体的部分特性,与半消光产品相比,使其在工艺的选择和生产过程中的质量控制要求较高。本文主要从工艺设定和生产控制的角度,对于母粒法生产全消光品种进行了探讨。在全消光产品的生产过程中,纺丝温度对于纺丝和加弹的运行及成品的染色性能均有较大的影响;母粒添加比例和组件的周期也影响到纺丝过程的顺利进行;解捻张力的选择对于DTY 的毛丝状况影响较大。因此,本文着重从以上几种工艺的选择进行了讨论。成品的质量控制方面,通过在丝张力仪的使用,监控丝条加工过程中的张力波动,可以对纤维全过程进行质量控制;还讨论了影响到成品退绕性能的各种因素和提高退绕性能的方法。本文还从纤维的超分子结构等方面和其他涤纶产品进行了对比,分析两种产品之间的特性差异。
【Abstract】 The full dull pet filament have emerged in recent year. Because of high TIO2 percentage, property of the melt was changed. Requires of Technology and quality control are higher than semi-dull PET filament. Thesis introduce the method which manufactured full dull PET by injecting master chip, by discussing the parameter chosen and control in process. In the process, spinning temperature affect relatively producing smoothly of spinning and Draw-texture and dye property of final product; Master chip percentage and cycle of spinning pack affect spinning smoothly; The choice of untwist affect the feather of DTY very much. So thesis discuss several above parameter emphatically. At product’s quality control, monitoring the rise and down of tension in process can control the whole process fiber’s quality throughout On line tension apparatus; Thesis also discuss many factors which affect DTY’s unwind property and methods that can promote the unwind property. Thesis also compare full dull PET filament with other PET filament by analyzing molecular super-construction and analyze the different between full dull PET and other PET’s property.
