服装缝制流水线的作业编排与优化研究

【摘要】 本课题从帮助服装生产企业建立适应市场需要的快速反应生产机制的角度出发,寻找能提高流水线生产效率的有效方法。传统经验管理模式下,低效率的缝制流水线作业编排在很大程度上降低了企业的生产效率,所以必须克服传统模式的弱点借鉴先进思想发展适合我国服装产业特点的生产管理方法。 本文通过对车间实地调查的产品工艺数据分析,发展了作业编排理论中的若干新概念,并制定出了更为科学和合理的流水线作业优化编排方法。课题以具体的服装产品为例,经过优化预测和优化规则的指导以及优化衡量指标的评价,最终得到了高效率的流水线作业方案。 本文的另一个重点放在了优化编排理论的应用上,即计算机辅助流水线作业编排系统的设计。借鉴了先进的编码和成组技术,该系统能够基本实现交互式的作业编排与优化,从而替代手工劳动成为高效和便捷的现代化流水线编排工具。 服装缝制流水线的优化编捧方法和计算机辅助作业编排系统具有很高的实用性,通过进一步的验证和完善后在企业应用将大大提高他们对小批量、多品种、短周期生产要求的适应能力,服装CIMS的发展也会受到一定的促进。
【Abstract】 The study stresses on finding out the solution to improve the efficiency of apparel assembly line in order to help garment manufacture build quick response system under the marketing demand. Only through experience traditional production management leads to low efficient sewing assembly line and greatly limits its ability. By analyzing on the actual process data in workshop new theory and methods of arrangement of apparel sewing procedure is created. Some real fashion products are taken as example to illuminate the function of optimized analysis, merging rules and evaluation.The paper also puts much effort to the application of optimized theory of sewing process arrangement, which namely is computer aided arrangement of sewing process system. By referring to the advanced technology of encoding and group organization the system fundamentally brings about the interactive arrangement of sewing process in spite of with mental labor.It is so practical of the optimization theory and the Computer aided system, which, through further tested and perfected, positively have contributes for garment manufactures to meet the market requirement of smaller batch, more varieties and shorter cycle. Meanwhile the development of garment CIMS is also to be promoted.
