【摘要】 本文首先讨论了目前国内公文流转系统的一些设计方案及其不足,然后针对国内企业对公文的特殊需求,设计了一套具体公文办公系统的框架结构。本文参考了一些现有系统模型,定制了能使企业快速设计公文报表的报表设计器和流程设计器,这些工具尤其适合对公文要求严格的企业使用。系统中的流程由流程设计器定义,解决了公文权限问题,具体包括公文的字段权限和在流程流转中的操作权限等等。本文采用了自定义协议,解决了客户端和服务器端的通讯效率低下的问题。另外,本文还提出了在浏览器中嵌入ActiveForm 的一种解决方案,解决了浏览器绘制公文和处理用户频繁交互请求的问题。本系统是一个多层体系结构的公文办公系统,公文系统部分基于B/S 结构, 并包含了一些实用工具,如报表设计器,流程设计器,这些工具能显著提高公文设计效率。本文详细地论述了诸多模块的设计规则和方法,并对若干办公系统的实现技术提出了新的设想和展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the author discusses some projects and the limitation of domestic Documentation Workflow System (DWS), then designs a frame structure of DWS, which aims at the special requirements of home enterprises. According to users’demands, this paper consults some existing system and designs a convenient tool that can design report forms, all-purpose and complex forms. Therefore, this system can be used in the enterprises that have strict standards for report forms. The flow of system can be defined by flow designer, solving some authority problems that includes fields authority of documents and operation authority of flow in circulation and so on. This paper solves the problem of inefficient communication between client and server through user-defined protocols. In addition, another scheme that resolves problem of drawing DWS flow chart and users frequent interaction is brought forward through embedding ActiveForm in browsers. DWS is a multilayer structure OA system which based on B/S structure and contains some applied tools, such as forms designer, flow designer, etc which can evidently enhance the efficiency of report forms design. The author dissertates the design rules and methods of modules of DWS in detail, bringing forward some new ideas and expectation.更多还原
