基于供应链的知识管理研究

【摘要】 供应链与知识管理是近年来研究的热点,众多学者对供应链与知识管理分别进行了大量研究,但将二者结合起来的研究较少。现实中,企业竞争演变为供应链之间的竞争,而知识作为重要的竞争资源日益凸现其价值。如何整合供应链中的知识资源,使其得到最有效的利用,成为企业面临的难题。因此对供应链中的知识管理进行研究具有重要意义。 本文从企业的知识观出发,界定了供应链中的知识范畴,接着探讨了供应链中知识管理的必要性及可行性,并将其划分为节点企业知识管理和供应链层知识管理,本文则主要研究供应链层知识管理。 供应链中拥有丰富的知识资源,如何对原属于不同利益主体的知识资源进行有效管理,文中引入供应链核心竞争力的概念,探讨了供应链知识管理与供应链核心竞争力的互动关系,进而构建了供应链集成知识管理模型。提出供应链应以提升供应链核心竞争力为目标,对各环节知识管理进行集成,实现供应链知识管理系统最优化。然后阐述了建立供应链知识管理体系必须具备的知识管理技术,并对供应链集成知识管理过程进行了详细分析,包括供应链集成知识发现、供应链知识传播与共享、供应链知识创新,最终推动供应链核心竞争力的创新。此外,供应链知识管理体系还需一系列组织支持策略,最后构建了供应链知识管理的绩效评估体系。 本文的创新之处在于将核心竞争力概念拓展到供应链层级,提出供应链核心竞争力,然后将其与供应链知识管理相联系,构建了供应链集成知识管理的房屋形模型;此外对供应链知识创新过程中的知识转化进行了独到的分析,阐述了供应链知识创新对供应链核心竞争力的推动作用。不仅为知识管理研究提供了新视角,也为我国企业参与国际竞争、增强竞争实力提供新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Supply-chain and Knowledge Management(KM) have become hot spots in recent research area. Many scholars have done a lot of research on each aspect, but few of them have combined the two poits together. In practice,the competition among enterprises has turned into competition among supply chains,and knowledge has become an important resource. How to integrate the knowledge resource in supply-chain becomes the problem that every enterprise to deal with.So it is very important to do research in this problem.This paper explains the concept of knowledge in supply-chain from the view of enterprise-knowledge, analyses the necessity and feasibility of KM in supply-chain, divides it into enterprise-level KM and supply-chain-level KM and maily concentrates on the second level.There are plenty of knowledge resource in supply-chain. To make good use of the knowledge which has belonged to different interest entities, the paper introduces the concept of supply-chain core competence and discusses its interact with supply-chain KM ,then builds a model of integrated supply-chain KM .The supply-chain should integrate all parts of KM to improve the supply-chain core competence and optimize supply-chain KM system. A supply-chain KM system consists of KM techniques ,integrated KM process, and some organizational measures. The KM process maily includes integrated knowledge mining, knowledge transmission and communion, also knowledge innovation which promoting core competence innovation. Finally supply-chain should establish a KM performance evaluation system.The original ideas of the paper are as follows: explicating the concept of core competence from the rage of enterprise to supply-chain, putting forward the concept of supply-chain core competence, building the house-like supply-chain KM model, analysing the process of knowledge transforming in knowledge innovation, explainining its impetus effect to supply-chain core competence innovation. All these not only provide new perspectives for studying in KM, but also offers new ways of development for enterprises in our country to face the international competition and strengthen their competence.更多还原
