基于ERP的企业管理信息化研究

【摘要】 企业管理信息化是国民经济信息化的基础,是当前我国推进国民经济信息化的重中之重。伴随着全球信息化的浪潮,我国企业管理信息化进程正在不断向深度和广度双向推进,在宏观与微观两个层面深化。但应当指出,我国关于企业管理信息化的研究仍处于起步阶段。在政府的大力推动和企业的积极努力下,我国企业的信息化进程正逐步加快,也取得了较大成效,但与国际水平相比仍存在较大差距。随着企业信息化在中国企业管理中的广泛应用,ERP,即企业资源计划,作为企业信息化的标志,早已引起政府、企业和媒体的普遍重视和广泛关注,但总体而言实施应用的企业还是较少,而且企业中成功实施的案例也不多。问题何在? 在此背景下,本文共由四部分构成,第一部分:基于ERP的企业管理信息化概述。本章主要介绍了企业资源计划(ERP)和企业管理信息化的概念,企业开展管理信息化的必要性和ERP发展的三个阶段。第二部分:我国基于ERP的企业管理信息化建设的状况调查和实施过程分析。本章通过介绍企业管理信息化的基本内容并通过胜利油田ERP项目实例总结了我国企业管理信息化建设的现状,分析了存在的主要问题。第三部分:我国基于ERP的企业管理信息化建设的发展趋势和实施对策。本章根据上文总结的基本现状和存在的主要问题针对性的提出了八项对策和六项建议,同时展望了我国企业管理信息化的发展趋势和未来。第四部分:结论。总结了本文的主要内容和提出的基本观点。 另外本文还阐述了ERP的内容、评测方法等企业管理信息化的其他基本知识,并且介绍了作者自身参加的ERP项目实例,总结了ERP在中国企业中的实施应用,分析了中国企业管理信息化的现状和存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策和建议。通过对影响ERP战略的关键约束和应对策略的讨论,消除企业的一些模糊认识,以助其坚定信心、抓住重点,根据自身实际制定出切实可行的ERP战略。本文对于我国企业开展管理信息化建设,降低生产成本,提高生产率,迅速增强企业的竞争力都必将起到积极的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprises management informatization is the basis of the National Economic Informatization and the most important factor in the promotion of the National Economic Informatization is continuously growing in range and depth, and going deeply on both macrostructure and microstructure levels. But here we have to admit that the research on the Chinese informatization is still on the starting point. With powerful promotion of the government and great effort of the enterprises, the process of enterprise informatization in China is going very fast, and there obtained fairly good results, while there still exists a big gap between the Chinese level and the international standards. With the application of enterprise informatization in China, As the symbol of enterprise informatization, ERP has caught great attention and extensive concern of the government, enterprises and the public media; however, in general the saying of ERP is much more than the doing of it, and there are few successful cases. Then, where is the problem lying?In the background, the paper includes three chapters. The first chapters: The summarization of China’s Business Informatization.The second chapters: The developing status and countermeasure of China’s Business Informatization. On the other hand the paper analysis the actuality and the problem of China’s enterprise management informatization by introducing the instance of ERP item that author himself had taken part in. Then it put forward the relevant countermeasure and advice. The third chapters: The developing trend and future of China’s enterprise informatization. It also expects the future of China’s enterprise management informatization simultaneity. The fourth chapters: The summing-up.In addition, the dissertation tries to make some study on the notion of ERP, the rudimental knowledge of ERP, especially the developing process and the application of ERP in China’s enterprise. The paper is expecting to clear up some misunderstandings of ERP, and help the enterprises to strengthen their confidence on ERP, find the key points of their problems, and make feasible ERP strategy in accordance with their practical situations.更多还原
