30立方釜聚氯乙烯生产工艺及控制方法的改造

【摘要】 悬浮法生产聚氯乙烯工艺技术以其特有的优势成为目前的主流生产工艺。金路树脂股份有限公司有10台Ⅱ型30立方聚合釜,达到年产6万吨。但随着国内外PVC生产及加工技术的飞速发展,对树脂质量提出了更高的要求,为了生产出质量更好,成本更低的产品,PVC生产逐步大釜化,而30立方釜的体积偏小,生产的PVC质量差,重复性和稳定性不好。为了缩小与行业间的差距,我们进行了一系列的工艺技术和控制的改造。 工艺方面的改造主要有:(1)密闭进料;(2)引入氯乙烯反应后期注水;(3)单体回收工艺改进。 工艺控制的关键是反应釜内的温度控制,使反应釜内的液相温度与汽相温度成梯度分布。由于聚合反应釜内的反应过程中具有大滞后性,非线性,存在变化剧烈且幅度很大的干扰等,其机理模型难以建立,更不能用于实时控制。目前生产过程大多采用传统的控制方式,因此控制精度较差,控制效果达不到最优控制的要求。这种情况下,迫切要求运用智能控制技术开发聚氯乙烯生产过程控制系统。 文中论述了用实时专家智能控制系统来控制聚合反应过程的控制思想,在分析了聚合反应工艺控制上的难点和特点基础上,指出了专家智能控制是聚合反应工艺控制的有效方法,阐述了面向聚合反应对象的实时专家控制和智能控制理论,提出了聚合反应的人工智能专家控制策略,分析了聚合反应过程特性和工艺条件的优化,设计构造了聚合反应过程的智能专家控制系统,并成功地运用于工程实际,取得了良好的经济效益。

【Abstract】 Suspension method is widely used in producing PVC with its unique predominance. There are ten Ⅱ type kettles in JINLU RESIN CO., LTD and the PVC output is up to 60 thousand ton annually. With the rapid development of PVC process technology, the resin is required higher quality. However, the volume of 30stere kettle is on the low side and the product is lower quality, repeatability and steadily. The kettle is demanded larger volume gradually in order to producing higher quality product with lower cost. To reduce the gap with industry, a series of reform is revised in process technology and control method.The main revise in process field as follows:(1) Feed stream by airtight(2) Feed water at the post of chloroethylene reaction(3) Revise monomer recycle processThe key point of the process is temperature control in the kettle which make the distribution of temperature of vapor and liquid ladderlike. For the nonlinearity, delay lag, and multi-variation of the polymerization, the mechanism model is difficultly built and applied to real-time control. The traditional control modes are mostly applied in current process so that the control is inaccurate and the effect of control is not answer for the optimum control requirement. On the condition, the research of control system is demanded urgently in PVC process used by intelligent control technique.The method is discussed in the paper that the real-time expert intelligent control system is introduced in the polymerization control. On the basis of difficulties and characteristic of polymerization in process control, the effective control method is put forward that is expert intelligent control. Real time expert system and intelligent control theory are explained facingpolymerization. The tactic of artifical intelligent expert control of polymerization is put forward. The process condition and characteristic of polymerization are analyzed and intelligent expert control system designed. This system is successfully applied to engineering project and great economic benefit is gained.
