图像分析仪系统中几个关键技术的研究

【摘要】 计算机技术以及其他相关技术的迅猛发展,为数字图像处理技术的发展奠定了软硬件基础。计算机的普及使数字图像处理广泛应用于科学研究、工农业生产、军事技术、医疗卫生、政府部门等许多领域中,并发挥着越来越重要的作用。在生物医学、石油地质、冶金材料等领域内,体视学、形态学、定量金相学的发展和应用,要求实现对各种微观图像的定量测量和自动分析。图像分析仪系统主要被设计来完成此类任务。为适应计算机应用技术、数字图像处理技术的不断发展,本文对图像分析仪系统中采用的几个技术进行了研究,探讨了将一些新的技术应用于其中,以满足用户在不同情况下需求的方法。本文的主要工作分成以下几部分: 第一、讨论了光密度测量与分析技术在医学、工业等领域中的应用前景, 描述了光密度测量的原理和主要方法,在图像分析仪系统中增加了光密度测量模块。第二、针对一些边缘信息比较丰富的图像,提出了一种基于边缘处理的图像拼接方法。该方法将图像平滑和边缘检测技术运用到图像拼接中,对常用的图像拼接算法进行了简化,有利于提高图像拼接的运算速度和配准程度。第三、在综合比较各种分割算法特点的基础上,结合图像的模糊增强理论,提出了一种基于边缘检测的模糊图像分割技术。对包含运动目标的图像有着较好的分割和目标检测效果。

【Abstract】 The development of computer and relative technology moves fast, it lays the ground of the development of digital image processing technique from the software and the hardware area. The popularity of the computer promotes the broad use of digital image processing in the areas of scientific research, agro-industry production, military technique, medical treatment, and so on, and the role it plays is more and more important. In areas such as biomedicine, geo-petroleum, metallurgy, the development and application of morphology, metallography, require the measure and auto-analysing of micro-image. Image Analysing System is designed to complete this kind of tasks. In order to apply to development of the application of computer technique and digital image processing technique, this paper probes the technique of Image Analysing System, discusses the application of some new technique, to meet the requirement of various environment. The main task of this paper is divided into several parts: First, it discusses the theory and application of optic consistency measurement and analysing in the medical and industry areas, describes the main method of optic consistency measurement, adds module of optic consistency measurement in the Image Analysing System. Second, for some images with rich edge information, it mentioned piecing of image method based on edge processing. This method exercises the image-smoothing and edge-checking technique in the piecing of image, simplifies the general computing of piecing of image, and it improves the piecing speed and matching degree. Third, on the basis of synthesis of the segmentation computing, it integrates the fuzzy enhancement theory, brings forward a fuzzy image segmentation technique based on edge checking. It has a effective result in the segmentation and targeting detection of moving object image.
