基于软交换的部件化计费研究

【摘要】 目前宽带网技术发展迅速,软交换技术和基于软交换的应用迅速发展和普及,并且和基于传统电信网络的增值业务不断融合,产生大量的综合增值新业务,这些不断发展的网络和业务应用,对计费提出了更多,更新的要求。然而目前计费系统设计模式和理念却停滞不前,传统的计费模式已经不能满足日益发展的业务要求,极大地限制了新业务的发展和应用,同时也限制了运营商投入的产出回报;而僵化的计费策略也影响了运营商灵活的市场拓展行为的实施。同时,传统的计费模式,给开发商带来大量的重复工作,增大了开发成本,降低了开发效率,并且系统的扩展性和适应性较差,不能很好地使用业务发展。针对这一状况,提出了相应的解决方案—基于软交换的部件化计费系统。 本系统设计思路是:采用软总线技术,将应用要求单元化,形成大量基本功能单元,根据应用业务要求将这些基本功能单元组合成计费部件,这些计费部件在软总线的统一调度下,根据业务应用的计费要求,形成各种计费规则,满足不同的应用要求。在本系统中,只需要不断完善基本功能单元,就能满足不断变化的业务应用要求,对功能单元进行不同的组合,就能满足不同应用模式要求。这样,不但系统灵活性大大增强,而且大大简化重复工作,提高系统开发效率和维护成本。 本系统先进的设计思路,开放的、可伸缩的体系结构,良好的跨平台性,可以应用在各种需要提供计费服务的场所,例如:电信运营商宽带城域网、有线电视宽带网、校园网、企业网、酒店、社区、智能大厦,等等。 本次论文主要完成计费系统中计费部件和计费实现的研究,主要内容包括:

【Abstract】 With the development of broad band technology, the technology of soft switch and its application on the basis of soft switch technology are developing rapidly and becoming more and more popular. They continuously integrate with the business of traditional telecommunication networks and lead to lots of new comprehensive value-added businesses. These increasing networks and their businesses application also put forward more and newer demands on calculating system. At present, the designing module and concept of calculating system develop too slowly, which makes it hard to meet the demand of increasing businesses, confining the development and application of new businesses and restricting the return of investment of businessmen. Meanwhile the rigid calculating method also affects the implementation of flexible marketing innovation behavior of the operators. Traditional calculating models bring about much repeated work for operators, increasing the developing cost, reducing the speed of innovation and also deterring the business development due to its deficiency of expansion and adaptation. In view of this phenomenon, the paper puts forward corresponding solutions: component calculating on the basis of soft switch.The designing thoughts for this system are: By making use of the technology of soft head wire, the itemized application demands form a large amount of units possessing basic functions. In accordance with the demands of applied businesses, calculating components will be formed accordingly. Under the unified dispatch of soft head wire, all kinds of calculating rules will be formed, which can satisfydifferent applied demands. In this calculating system, the changeable business application demand can be met by continuously completing basic function units and different modules can be got by different combinations of function units. This system has possessed the advantages of high flexibility, simplicity, efficiency and reduction of maintenance cost. Due to the advanced design concept, open and retractable structure, excellent cross-platform feature, this system can be used at different places needing calculating service, such as telecom broad band network, television broad band network, campus network, enterprise network, hotel, living community, intellectual building and so on.The modular design increases the system development efficiency, reducing maintenance cost and shortening the period of development. In this paper, I mainly focus on the research of the calculating components and realization of calculating in the calculating system. The main contents include: analysis of calculating demand, itemization of calculating function, component of calculating function, the unified dispatch of calculating components, rule stipulation for calculating, and so on.
