GIS在野战防空武器系统中的应用

【摘要】 随着现代战争向高技术的迅速转变,未来战争中信息对抗的含量将越来越高,这就对作战指挥的时效性提出了更高的要求,在这种形势下,建设数字化战场和数字化部队已成为21 世纪军队发展的大趋势。近年来,我军开始装备一种先进的野战防空武器系统,该武器系统搜索、制导、行驶和发射四位一体,既能遂行要地防空任务,也能伴随部队机动作战,遂行野战防空任务。为了对瞬息万变的战场环境及时做出反应,必须进行快速决策,因此有一套适用于该野战防空武器系统的数字化军事地理信息系统,已成为指挥决策的必要条件。随着关系数据库对空间数据存储的支持和各种地理应用软件的出现,使对军事地理信息系统的开发日渐成熟。本论文从地理信息系统的发展出发,讨论了地理信息系统的应用和开发环境,并对地理信息系统的开发平台进行了介绍和比较。根据空间数据的基本概念和特征,利用面向对象的整体数据模型,讨论了空间数据在MapX 和Oracle Spatial 中的组织和管理方法。并深入研究了在VB 中采用MapX 控件进行地理数据处理和编程的方法,以及MapX 和Oracle Spatial 空间数据库的连接和数据相互通信。该系统采用了MapX 平台,结合Oracle Spatial 电子地图数据管理方法,研究了一系列实用的地理功能,其中包括地理信息检索,地理坐标判定,武器系统动态跟踪,最短路径搜索,防空范围通视分析。针对这种搜索、制导、行驶和发射四位一体的野战防空武器系统在作战中的战术要求,设计相应的地理信息应用系统,为该野战防空武器装备作战指挥的数字化提供了必要的战场背景环境和空间定位与分析,使复杂战场环境下的快速决策具备了必要的地理技术保证。
【Abstract】 The modern warfare is rapidly transiting to high-tech, so the information confronting with each other will be higher and higher in the war in the future, this puts forward higher requirement to the speediness of commanding to fight. Under this kind of situation, building the digitized battle field and digitized army already becomes the main trend of military development in the 21st century. In recent years, our troops begin to equip a kind of advanced field antiaircraft weapon system, this weapon system takes the four function of search , guidance , moving and launching in itself, it can satisfy the antiaircraft task of strategic point , can also follow the army and fight flexibly to carry out the antiaircraft task of field flight. In order to make a response to the fast changing battle environment in time , commanders must make decision fast , so there are a set of military geographic information systems of digitization which is suitable for this field antiaircraft weapon system, has already become the essential condition of commanding decision . With development of GIS(Geographic Information System), Concern database supports space datum store , various kinds of geographic application software appear, so the development of the application system of MGIS(military geographic information system) is ripe day by day. This thesis has discussed the application of the geographic information system and development environment, and has made an introduction and compared on the developing platform of the geographic information system. According to the basic conception and characteristic of the space data and the Object Oriented holistic data model, this thesis has discussed the organization and management procedure of space data in MapX and Oracle Spatial. Further this thesis has researched and adopted general methods about the controlling part of MapX to carry on processing and programming of geographic data in VB, and has investigated mutual communication and connection between MapX and Oracle Spatial space on database. Then aiming at some demands for fighting of a sort of antiaircraft weapon system that makes four function of search, guidance , go and launch as a organic whole ,the shesis has designed the corresponding geographic information application system.This system adopts MapX platform, combines the data management procedure of Oracle Spatial electronic map , and has studied and realized a series of practical geographic functions, including geographic information retrieval, geographic coordinate judges, weapon system dynamical track, searching for the shortcut, and antiaircraft range analysing with panorama. To meet the requirement of this kind of antiaircraft weapon system in battle, this thesis has designed the corresponding geographic information application system, which offers essential battle field background and space orientation for the digitization commanding of the kind of field antiaircraft weaponry in fight. This provides necessary geographic information guarantee with rapid decision-making under the complicated environment of battle field.
