LonWorks嵌入式以太网关的研究与设计

【摘要】 LON(Local Operating Networks)网络是美国EChelon 公司199 工年推出的局部操作网络,为分布式监控系统提供了很强的实现手段。LonWorkS 技术是Echelon 公司为支持LON 总线而开发的总线技术,它包括一套完整的LON 总线的开发平台。LON 控制网络目前广泛地应用于工业、楼宇、家庭、能源等自动化领域,LON 总线己成为当前最为流行的现场总线之一。将控制网与以太网互联实现网络集成是当前自动化领域讨论的热点。本文正是针对这一课题进行了研究,提出了LON 控制网络到以太网的一种嵌入式网关的实现方案. 本文在研究了LonWorks 技术的智能节点、LonTalk 通信协议、以太网卡工作原理、TCP/IP 协议等的基础上,对LonWorks 嵌入式网关进行了硬件和软件的详细设计。本文第一章介绍了课题的来源和背景,主要是针对当前科技的发展和应用的需要,并考虑到我校已有的对LonWorks 技术的研究基础。本文第二章详细介绍了工,onWorks 技术,包括LonWorks 的核心芯片--神经元芯片、收发器、LonTalk 通信协议及L0nWorks 的开发工具。本文第三章给出了硬件设计方案,主要包括LON 智能节点的设计、单片机与神经元芯片的接口设计、利用CPL.D 进行的单片机与PCI 总线网卡的接口电路的设计。本文第四章给出了软件设计过程,主要包括单片机驱动网卡的程序设计、TCP/IP 协议的实现、单片机与神经元芯片并行接口的握手协议及神经元芯片对数据的处理流程,最后还有一个简单的客户端监控软件。本文最后一章对全文进行了总结,并对未来作出了展望。
【Abstract】 LON(Local Operating Networks)was put forward by American Echelon Corporation in 1 99 1.It offers a powerful means for distributed control system.Echelon Corporation developed LonWorks technology for LON.LonWorks include a suit of platform for developing LON.LON control net has been used in automatization field,such as industry,building,household,energy,and SO on.LON is a prevalent field bus。Connecting control net to the Ethernet is a hot issue in automatization field.This dissertation make a study of this problem,and put forward a embedded gateway for connecting LON network to the Ethemet. Based on study of intelligent node of LonWorks,LonTalk communication protocol,the working principle of net card,TCP/IP protocols,this thesis gives the hardware and soft’ware resolvent of the embedded gateway. The first chapter introduces the source and background of this thesis.It is due to the development of technology,the need of application,and the research result on LonWorks Our university received. The second chapter introduces the LonWorks technology,including the kernel of LonWorks—Neuron chip,transceiverLonTalk communication protocol,and the tools for developing LonWorks. The third chapter gives details of the hardware design.including designing a intelligent node of LON,the interface of singlechip and Neuron chip,the interface circuit of singlechip and PCI.bus net card on complex programmable logic device. The four chapter gives details of the software design,including singlechip driving the net card,realization of TCP/IP protocols,the handclasp protocol between singlechip and Neuron chip,the flow of Neuron chip processing data,and a simple client monitor software. The last chapter give the conclusion for the paper,and present a prospect.
