【摘要】 本研究是在当前我国改革开放的大背景下,在我国社会转型的加速这一特定的历史时期,立足于社会学以及社会心理学的研究视角,采取定量研究和定性研究相结合的方式,描述了现阶段我国农村地区婚姻习俗的基本情况,比较改革开放前后我国农村地区婚姻习俗的变化,借鉴“过程—事件分析”研究策略,分析和探讨了我国转型加速时期,婚姻习俗变化的状况和原因,探讨了现阶段农村婚姻习俗中的一些变化这一新现象。 通过研究发现:婚姻习俗的变化反映了农村的社会文化和乡土观念等在外来思潮的冲击下,其不断抗争、接纳、慢慢融合其他各种习俗,并以各种形式保存下来的现象。在农村婚姻习俗的变化过程中,村民是行为的主体,村民的婚姻行为是婚姻习俗变化的载体。在整个婚姻关系的缔结过程中,村民对于婚姻习俗的遵从程度及遵从与否,是与其社会地位、文化程度、对外交往等息息相关的,是各方力量“博弈”的结果。传统力量在维系农村婚姻习俗上还存在相当程度的影响,比如民众将“婚宴”而不是单纯的结婚证书视为婚姻合法性的重要依据;但是,法治观念在农村中正在成长,领取结婚证书也逐渐被认为是取得合法婚姻的重要一环。婚姻礼节、婚姻仪式等的变化不仅是婚姻习俗的变化,更是农村社会文化、社会观念变化的一个缩影。 在农村婚姻习俗变化的过程中,在人口、家庭、自然、社会等各种不同条件的影响下,农民对婚姻习俗的遵从与否形成了不同的态度。我们只有在改革开放、社会转型、社会流动的大背景下,理清婚姻习俗变迁的原因、变化的方向,农民在婚姻习俗变化过程中的态度、影响等,才能克服婚姻习俗中的陋俗的影响,引导好农村中婚姻习俗的变化,制定符合实际的婚姻政策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under present of our country great background of reform and opening-up ,in that society makes the transition accelerate during this specific historical period of our country ,this research bases on the research virsual angles of sociology and social psychology , combines quantitative research and qualitive research to study-together ,describes the basic situation of the marriage custom of rural area of our country of the present stage ,compares the change of marriage custom of rural area of our country before and after reform and opening-up , draws lessons from "course-incident analyse" study tactics to analyse and discuss the state and reason that the marriage custom changes ,probes into this new phenomenon of some changes in the rural marriage custom of the present stage.Show through studying: the changes of the marriage custom reflect that the social culture and provincialism of the countryside of our country are resisting, admitting the course of merging other culture and custom, and keep in various forms under the impact of the outside ideological trend. In the course of change of the rural marriage custom, the villager is a subject of the behavior, villagers’ marriage behaviors are the carrier. In the marriage relation, the villager complies with degree and complies with or not as to marriage custom which are close bound up with villager’s social status, schooling, and contacts with outside world, etc. and it is the result that each side’s strength "play chess". Still there is influence analogous to degree in maintaining the rural marriage in traditional strength, for example villagers get "wedding banquet" instead of a simple one marriage certificate regard important basis, marriage of legitimacy as, however, the idea governed by law is growing up in the countryside , get an important link that the marriage certificate is being considered to make the legal marriage gradually. The changes of marriage courtesy, marriage ceremony, etc. are not merely a change of the marriage custom, it is a epitome that rural social culture, social idea change even more.In the course of change of the rural marriage custom, under such influence of different conditions as the population, the family, nature, society, etc. peasants form the different attitude for complying with and denying marriage custom. Only under the great background that reform and opening-up, the transition of the society , the society flowing , and understanding the reasons of the custom changes of the marriage ,direction changed in order , and knowing peasants’ attitude , influence , etc. which the marriage custom changes , we could overcome influence of undesirable marriage custom , guide change of marriage custom in the countryside , and make marriage policy of corresponding to reality.更多还原
