【摘要】 随着世界经济的发展,竞争政策的国际调节受到了越来越多国家的关注,并且被提上了WTO的议程。本文全面介绍了建立竞争政策协调机制的背景与动因、当前已有的调节模式以及WTO与竞争政策的紧密联系,并且针对现有的WTO竞争议题主要由发达国家主导的现状,深入分析了发展中国家与发达国家在竞争政策问题上的利益分歧所在,总结出协调了发展中国家利益的模式以及发展中国家对于竞争议题应有的立场和对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the world economy, the international cooperation of the competition policy has attract more and more attentions, and has been put into agenda of the WTO. This paper introduces the background and the reason of establishing the competition policy’s international cooperation mechanism, existing cooperation models and the relationship of the WTO and competition policy. Furthermore, considering the existing WTO competition topic is dominated by developed countries, this paper analyzes the benefit divergence of developed countries and developing countries, recommends the suitable model taking the developing countries’ benefit into account, and proposes the appropriate countermeasure of developing countries to the competition policy issue.更多还原
