【摘要】 本文基于现代教学的需要,研究了蒙古文信息处理、计算机多媒体技术在计算机辅助教学中的应用。设计了教学模型,制作了教学软件。这一软件将更适合于蒙古族学生和教师学习、教授英语时使用。在系统的实现过程中,进一步讨论了基于蒙古文的计算机辅助英语课件的教学设计,系统设计,研究了ActiveX技术等在教学软件设计中的应用。软件制作中的主要问题是蒙古文的输出显示。由于蒙古文编码没有标准化,各类编辑软件、应用软件互相不能兼容。因此软件制作中有输入、显示蒙古文要求时,以往的输入、显示控件就不再能满足用户的需求。软件制作过程中,我们自行设计、制作了专门用于蒙古文输入、输出的“文本控件”和“标签控件”,并将它制成独立的ActiveX控件,将来可以较方便在各类应用软件和网页中引用。论文分成四个部分。前言部分介绍了计算机辅助教学现状分析及展望,其中包括计算机辅助教学现状分析及存在问题、蒙古文信息处理的发展状况及课题来源、目的及所需做的工作;第二部分为软件开发的教学设计,包括教学内容与教学目标的确定、学习者特征分析、媒体信息的选择和诊断评价设计;第三部分为软件系统设计,具体内容包括开发工具选择、软件系统设计和数据库系统设计。数据库系统设计中给出了系统功能分析、系统功能模块设计、数据库设计和数据库与应用软件结合的技术ADO技术;第四部分为软件的实现,具体内容包括软件具体实现(除去蒙古文控件)、蒙古文控件的设计原理和蒙古文控件的具体制作更多还原

【Abstract】 This text according to the demand of the modern teaching, study Mongolia the text information handles, calculator technique is in the calculator application in the extended education.Designed the teaching model, create the teaching software.This software will be more suitable for Mongolia the student of fiting with the teacher studies, hour of English of professor usage.
