生物素对肉仔鸡生长性能和机体免疫功能的影响

【摘要】 研究了不同生物素供应状况(缺乏、充分和超量)对0-7 周龄肉仔鸡的生长性能及其血清生理生化指标的影响。将576 只1 日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡随机分成4 个处理,每处理9 个重复,每重复16 只鸡(公母各半);基础日粮为小麦-酪蛋白-鱼粉型日粮(不额外添加生物素),在基础日粮中分别添加0.3、0.9 和2.7 mg/kg 三个水平的生物素,包括对照组共计4 种日粮处理。试验结果表明:(1)生物素缺乏将严重抑制肉仔鸡的采食和生长,生物素缺乏组肉仔鸡的平均日采食量和平均日增重极显著低于各生物素添加组(P<0.01),各生物素添加组之间没有显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)添加生物素提高了血清磷脂水平和血清高密度脂蛋白含量,其中0.9 mg/kg 处理组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其它各试验组之间均无显著性差异(P>0.05);而对低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯和胆固醇水平几乎没有影响。由此可见,生物素主要影响磷脂代谢。(3)添加生物素后,血清胰岛素和生长激素水平呈上升趋势(P>0.05),而胰高血糖素呈下降趋势(P<0.05)。 系统研究了生物素对肉仔鸡免疫器官发育、机体免疫反应和神经内分泌激素的影响。将400 只1 日龄爱拔益加肉仔鸡随机分成4 个处理,每处理5 个重复,每重复20只鸡(公母各半);基础日粮为小麦-酪蛋白-鱼粉型日粮,在基础日粮中分别添加0.30,0.90 和2.70 mg/kg 生物素,以基础日粮为对照共计4 种日粮处理。试验结果表明:(1)生物素缺乏可抑制免疫器官的发育,降低其重量指数;添加生物素可促进免疫器官发育,提高其重量指数。(2)生物素添加可促进细胞免疫反应和体液免疫反应,提高血清中球蛋白水平及新城疫抗体滴度和IgG 水平,极显著提高血液中T、B 淋巴细胞转化率。(3)添加生物素后,血清甲状腺素T4、三碘甲状原氨酸T3 和生长激素水平呈上升趋势。

【Abstract】 The objective of this experiment was to study the effects of different biotin levels (deficiency, sufficiency and surplus) on growth performance and physiological and biochemical characteristics in broilers of 0-7 weeks. In the experiment, 576 AA broilers of 1 day were allocated into 4 treatments, 9 replicates per treatment, 16 broilers per replicate and the sex ratio was 1:1. The basal diet was wheat-casein-fish meal diet that had no additive biotins. Biotin was added in the basal diet at three different contents 0.3 mg/kg, 0.9mg/kg and 2.7 mg/kg. There were 4 kinds of treatments including the control of basal diet. The result showed as follows. (1) Biotin deficiency inhibited severely feed intake and growth rate. The ADG and ADFI of the control were lower significantly than that of the biotin addition treatments(P<0.01), but there was no significant difference among the biotin addition treatments(P>0.05). (2) Addition of biotin increases phospholipid and HDL levels in serum, and the difference between 0.9mg/kg addition treatment and control was significant(P<0.01). There was no significant difference among the biotin addition treatments(P>0.05). Addition of biotin had almost no influence upon LDL, Triglyceride and cholestero levels in serum. It maybe concluded that biotin mostly influences the metabolism of phospholipid. (3) Addition of biotin increased insulin and growth hormone content(P>0.05),and significantly decreased glucagons content in serum (P<0.05). The experiment aimed to investigate systematically the effect of biotin on immune organs development, immune response in broilers. 400 AA broilers of 1 days were allocated into 4 treatments, 5 replicates per treatment, 20 broilers per replicate. The basal diet was wheat-casein-fish meal diet. Biotin was added in the basal diet at 0.3 mg/kg, 0.9 mg/kg and 2.7 mg/kg. There were 4 diets including the control of basal diet. The results showed as follows: (1)Biotin deficiency impaired the development of immune organs and reduced their weight index .Addition of biotin enhanced their development and elevated their weight index. (2) Inclusion of biotin enhanced humoral immune response, which elevated serum globin. The antibody titer to Newcastle and IgG content were elevated by addition of biotin. (3) Biotin supplementation enhanced cellular immune response, Addition of biotin enhanced significantly B-lymohocyte and T-lymphocyte transformation ratio in blood.
