【摘要】 都市农业于7O年代前夕相继在日本、台湾等国家和地区发展起来。近年来,随着我国农村经济的发展和城市化进程的加快,现有的城乡二元经济结构亟待打破,都市农业在我国的各大城市迅速兴起,方兴未艾。传统农业向现代农业转变、现代农业向更高层次发展是当今世界农业发展的一大趋势。适应世界现代农业发展趋势,发展现代都市农业对我国农业现代化建设具有重要的战略意义。　现代都市作为区域科技、文化中心,在知识创新、科技转化、信息传播等方面具有得天独厚的优势,充分发挥“都市农业”技术示范和辐射带动作用,尽快实现资源密集、劳动密集向资本密集、技术密集的现代化农业转变,将有力地促进我国农业高科技产业的发育和知识经济的成长,也有利用于城乡经济的融合和共同繁荣。　本研究在系统分析郑州市农业资源、社会经济技术条件和农业发展现状的基础上,指出该市发展都市农业的优势和必要性及其发展中存在的主要问题,确立了该市都市农业发展的主导产业,明确了其发展潜力和方向,并对其产业经营体系进行了探讨,进而提出了郑州市都市农业发展的战略构想和方略对策。　研究取得的主要结论如下: 1、界定了都市农业的内涵;阐述了都市农业的产生背景、形成与发展、特征和功能,为进一步研究都市农业奠定了理论基础。2、分析了国内外都市农业的发展模式和趋势。立足国情,指出我国都市农业发展必须兼顾经济、社会和生态效益,走集约可持续发展之路。3、针对郑州市的农业资源状况和农业发展现状,指出都市农业发展的优势和必要性,明确了都市农业发展的制约因素及存在的主要问题。　4、确立了该市都市农业发展的主导产业,即绿色蔬菜产业、花卉苗木产业、种子种苗产业、优质水果产业、环城生态林产业、奶产业、水产产业、休闲观光农业文化产业,并构建了相应的产业经营体系。　5、提出了郑州市都市农业发展的战略构想和方略对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The urban agriculture developed in some countries and districts, including Japan, Taiwan, etc. on the eve of 1970’s. In recent years, with the development of cultural economics and acceleration of urbanization, urban and rural duality economical structure nowadays must be broke, so urban agriculture rose in some huge cities of our country rapidly. Traditional agriculture turning to modern agriculture, and modern agriculture turning to higher levels is the trend of development of world agriculture. For adapting to this trend, developing urban agriculture has important significance to agriculture of our country. As the regional Sci-tech and culture centers, modern metropolis has superiority in bring forth new ideas in knowledge, Sci-tech transformation and information spreading .It will improve the growing of agricultural high Sci-tech and knowledge economics in our country to bring the technologies demonstration, radiation actions into full play and realize the change of resources and labor concentration agriculture into capital and technology concentration modern agriculture. Also it is beneficial to the integration and common prosperous of urban and rural economics. On the basis of analysis agriculture resources, social economical conditions and present situation of agriculture development of Zhengzhou city systematically, this paper pointed out superiority and necessity, the main problems of urban agriculture development, established dominate industry, make clear it’s potential and direction and management system was probed. Also the countermeasures for the urban agriculture development was put forward. The main conclusions made in the research are as follows: 1. Identifying of the connotation, describing the background of bringing about, formation and development process, characteristics and functions of the urban agriculture. It has laid a theoretical basis for making further studies on urban agriculture. 2. Analyzing the model and trend of urban agriculture in home and abroad. Based on the national conditions, it is pointed out that urban agriculture in our country must give consideration to economical, social, ecological benefits and be on the way to intensive sustainable development. 3. Aimed at agricultural resources and present situation of Zhengzhou city, it is pointed out superiority and necessity, the main problems of urban agriculture development in the city. 4. Establishing dominate industry of urban agriculture, including green vegetables industry, flowers and nursery stocks industry, seeds industry, high quality fruits industry, ecological forestry industry, milk industry, aquatic products industry, agricultural culture industry.
