异地协同网络化设计与制造平台的构建

【摘要】 变化多端的市场经济给制造行业提出了更新、更高的要求,飞速发展的网络技术和先进制造模式使制造业的异地协同工作成为可能,为了满足市场的需求,弥补机床设计制造业快速响应能力的不足,提出了机床产品异地协同网络化设计与制造的研究课题。  本文首先对于异地协同网络化设计与制造系统的特点和功能需求进行了分析,根据分析结果提出了系统的体系结构和解决方案,研究了系统中采用的六大关键技术(虚拟现实、参数化设计、分布式技术、数据库技术、ASP 技术、虚拟装配与现代加工技术)。系统采用UML 建模技术和Petri 网建模工具对业务逻辑和项目管理部分建模;并以SQL Server数据库管理技术为基础,设计了机床产品网络数据库,提供了数据库应用层的实现方法。  在原型系统部分,采用DCOM/ActiveX 分布式组件技术,应用Solidworks API 接口实现了机床产品参数化设计,完善了协同设计环境中的自动化开发功能;以VRML 虚拟现实三维建模语言为基础,采用ASP 服务器端编程技术,视频会议、网络白板、聊天室等实时通信工具建立了异地协同设计环境,开发出分布式的机床产品异地协同网络化设计与制造系统。  系统以规范化的软件编制和建模方法为基础,从实用性的角度出发,提供了完整的项目开发过程控制模型,并在扩展部分提供了虚拟装配和远程加工模块接口,为后续工作提供了技术支持。通过对机床产品典型设计实例的运行,验证了系统的可靠性和有效性。  异地协同网络化设计制造系统的开发在机床行业是一个新的尝试,某些功能模块(如制造功能模块)尚未完善,还有待于进一步研究。

【Abstract】 The constant changing market brings forward new and severe requirements on the current machine tool’s manufacturing industry. The developing net technologies and advanced manufacturing mode enable the dispersed synergic work. In order to cater for the need of the modern manufacturing industry and improve the response status of the design and manufacturing industry, the research project on a web-based, dispersed synergic design and manufacturing of machine tools production was put forward. At first, the characteristics and requirements of services of the web-based, dispersed synergic design and manufacturing platform was analyzed. According to the result of the analysis, the structure of the system and resolving solution were provided as well as six key technologies such as virtual reality, parametric design, distributed technology, ASP technology, virtual assembly and modern manufacturing technology. After that, the model of the business logic and project management was established by using UML and Petri Net modeling utilities. Based on the requirement analysis of the system and the SQL Server database management technology, the web-based database was realized and the application layer of the database was also given. During the realization period of the prototype of the system, based on the DCOM/ActiveX distributed component technology and Solidworks API, the parametric design module was constructed and this in turn consummated the auto-development function of the dispersed synergic environment. After that, based on the virtual reality markup language, the dispersed synergic design environment was constructed by using ASP –server side programming technology and all kinds of real time communication tools such as netmeeting, whiteboard and chatting room. This environment composed acted as the main part of the whole system. The web-based, dispersed synergic design and manufacturing system was based on the canonical programming method and principle of system modeling, taking the practicability of the prototype as a start and providing a complete process control model. The interfaces of virtual assembly and remote machining were also given which would be a support of the later research works. The operation of the machine tools’development has proved that the system functioned well with high reliability. The web-based dispersed synergic design and manufacturing system is an attempt in the machine’s design and manufacturing field. Some of its components (such as manufacturing module) still needs to be extended and further developed.
