城市森林评价指标体系研究及应用

【摘要】 自1962年美国肯尼迪政府在户外娱乐资源调查报告中提出并使用“城市森林”(Urban forest)这一名词,以及1965年加拿大多伦多大学Erik Jorgensen提出“城市林业”(Urban forestry)的概念以来,城市森林受到世界各国的普遍重视。因其在城市发展中发挥着不可替代的重要作用,很多国家相继开展了城市森林的研究并进行城市森林建设。我国虽然在20世纪80年代末刚刚开始对城市森林和城市林业进行研究,但其发展与建设却很迅速。 本文在介绍国内外城市森林研究现状的基础上,参考森林可持续经营的标准和指标、城市绿地系统评价指标、城市森林相关评价指标以及国家园林城市评选标准,并根据宿迁市、常州市各自的特点,遵循系统、全面、独立、简明、可比的原则设计出一套城市森林评价指标体系;确定了各个指标的参照值;采用专家评分与层次分析相结合的方法获得各层评价指标的权重;运用所建立的评价指标体系,对宿迁市2000年、2003年和常州市2002年的城市森林建设状况进行了评价。结果如下: 2000年、2003年宿迁市城市森林综合评价值分别为0.4973和0.6584,常州市2002年城市森林综合评价值为0.6613,说明两市的城市森林建设均处于初级阶段。通过对相应评价值横向和纵向对比分析,说明城市森林的建设效果不能但从一些定量化的指数来看,还要重视其布局结构(包括内部结构和布局结构)。 最后,尝试将地理信息系统和遥感技术引入城市森林管理中。利用Mapinfo桌面地理信息系统软件,系统在Windows环境下运行,将城市森林的空间数据和属性数据之间建立起相互对应关系,在查询、统计分析、出图和数据更新方面显示了巨大的技术优势,满足了将城市森林资源进行动态管理的需要。

【Abstract】 Urban forest has been emphasized at large since it was put forward and used in the investigation report of outdoors recreation resources by USA Kennedy government in 1962 as well as urban forestry was brought forward by Erik Jorgensen of Canada in 1965. Because it plays insubstituted role in city development, many countries stared research and constructed in succession. Although China has began the research in the last two decades in 20C, but its development and construction carried rapidly.This paper put forward a evaluating indicator based on the introduction of current research situation on urban forest from domestic and abroad and preference some evaluating indicators such as forest sustainable management、 urban green 、 urban forest as well as the standard for choosing the garden city , also according to the characteristic of each city , following principles of system、 almightiness、 independence 、 conciseness 、 science 、 practicality and comparativeness . We also made certain reference value of each index , obtained the weights by using methods both the analytic and hierarchy process and Delphi, and then evaluated the current construction of urban forest in Suqian city (2000, 2003) and Changzhou city (2002) .Results as follows:Evaluations of estimate 0.4973 in 2000、 0.6584 in 2003 of Suqian city , and 0.6623 in 2002 of Changzhou city showed their construction of urban forest were both at the junior level. It also showed that the result of Urban forest not only decided by the quantity ,but also the layout (include the inner and the layout ) .In the evaluating process ,we tried employing the technology of remote sensing and the geography and information system .With Mapinfo software running at the Windows corresponding relations were build up between attribute data and spatial data ,and displayed tremendous superiority in inquiring 、 statistical analyzing 、 mapping 、 and data updating, met the demand the scientific management of urban forest resource .
