可控串联补偿(TCSC)对输电线路继电保护的影响

【摘要】 可控串联电容补偿(TCSC)是灵活交流输电系统(FACTS)中重要的成员,由于它具有潮流控制、阻尼线路功率振荡、提高电力系统暂态稳定和抑制次同步振荡(SSR)等多种功能,因此在电力系统中的应用潜力很大,在各国FACTS 实践中均为首选的实用化装置。因此有必要深入研究TCSC 对现有继电保护的影响,考察现有继电保护系统在TCSC 线路上的适应性。本文从分析固定串补(FSC)对输电线路继电保护的影响入手,研究了输电线路短路故障时TCSC 的谐波特性及动态基频阻抗特性,并在此基础上,对比固定串补(FSC), 研究了TCSC 对输电线路继电保护的影响,进而对含TCSC 线路的继电保护提出了建议意见。最后,结合TCSC 的控制理论,探讨了TCSC 的仿真模型。

【Abstract】 Thyristor Controlled Series Compensation (TCSC) is an important member of the Flexible AC Transmission System (FACTS)’s family. It has many functions, such as tidal current controlling, damping power oscillation, improvement of transient state and suppressing subsynchronous resonance (SSR), so it’s potencial is very great in electrical power system and it is primarily in the application of FACTS. Therefore, it is necessary to study the influences of TCSC and review the adaptation of TCSC on the existing relay protection. At first, the article researched the influences of Fixed Series Compensation (FSC) on protection for transmission line. Then, on the base of the analysis of characters of harmonic wave and the dynamic resistance of basic frequency of TCSC when the fault occurred, we researched the influences of TCSC on protection for transmission line. And then some of improvement advices have been proposed. At last , we discussed the digital simulation of TCSC on the base of controlling theory.
