【摘要】 本文在回顾企业融资理论以及分析了电力行业基本情况的基础上,从电力企业的资金成本、资金使用效率、财务杠杆和财务风险、资本结构以及公司治理五个方面分析比较了电力企业债权融资和权益融资的效率。同时基于企业风险因素对企业决策人的影响,给出了确定企业资本结构的风险效用模型,并进行了实例应用。其次,本文结合实例对现阶段电力企业可能采取的资金筹措方式的效率进行了综合评价。最后,在分析电力企业融资效率的基础上,给出了提高电力企业融资效率的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 By studying the theory of enterprise’s financing and the analysis of situation of the electric power industry,this paper analyses the financing efficiency of equity financing and liability financing of electric power enterprises from the five respects: cost of capital、capital utilization efficiency、financial lever and financial risk、capital structure、corporation governance. Based on the influence of enterprise’s risk factor on enterprise’s policymaker,this paper puts forward the risk-utility model which was used in deciding the capital structure of electric power enterprises and which has been carried on instance application 。Secondly , Given the instance of financing, this paper provides comprehensive evaluation for five financing methods most probably adopted by electric power enterprises. Finally,on the basis of analysis of financial efficiency of electric power enterprises,this paper offers suggestion to improve financing efficiency for electric power enterprises.更多还原
