电力热力设备应力应变分析计算及实验研究

【摘要】 本文讨论了热力管道应力计算的方法;研究了常温和高温条件下电阻应变片测量应变的方法;在万能材料试验机上,采用不同的应变片、不同的接桥方式,在不同材料的试件上进行了逐级加载的常温应变拉伸实验,以及采用加热装置对试件加热,进行了中温应变拉伸实验,获取了大量的实验数据,并对数据进行了分析;以邹县电厂#5 机组主蒸汽管道为研究对象,通过对机组主蒸汽管道设计工况及目前实际工况下的管道应力应变进行了计算,对机组在启动过程中蒸汽管道及吊架相应部位的应力应变进行了测试,根据测试与计算结果对造成管道严重位移和支吊架超负荷原因进行了综合分析,根据分析结论提出了改造方案,改造后设备运行良好。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the method of calculation of stress of thermal pipe is discussed, the measurement method of strain by resistance strain gauge is researched under the condition of room temperature and high temperature. In these experiments, a universal material testing machine is used. The step stress tensile tests are carried out and strain of different materials is measured by different strain gauges and different modes of connection. The specimens are heated through a heating unit and mesothermal tensile experiments are put. Lots of experimental data is acquired and it is analyzed. The main steam pipelines of No.5 generating unit of Zou Xian power plant are regarded as the research objects. According to different operating modes (the operating mode of designing, the operating mode of installation and the operating mode of invalidation etc.), the procedure of stress analysis of the pipeline is used to calculate the whole pipeline. The way of measuring stain of pipelines is set up. Stress and stain of pipelines and hangers during running first is measured. According to the measuring and calculating results, the reasons of serious displacement and overloading of hangers are analyzed synthetically. A scheme of reforming is put forward. The equipment of main steam pipelines runs well after being reformed.
