二维计算机排料与数控自动编程
Two-dimensional Packing and Auto-programming for NC

【摘要】 本文针对工业生产中经常出现的不规则零件的优化排料问题,提出了了一种新的算法,即将矩形法,启发式排料法及动态规划法相结合来解决零件的优化排料,并验证了该算法的可行性,与传统算法相比,该算法提高了材料的利用率和生产效率,具有很高的实用性和有效性。编制了二维板材自动排料软件,该软件以Visual c++与AutoCAD Object ARX为开发工具,开发了一套集图纸管理、自动排料及数控自动编程三个模块为一体的集成软件包, 该软件具有界面友好,易学易用和良好的可扩充功能。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a new algorithm which integrates rectangle-packing method, heuristic-search method and dynamic-layout method for two-dimensional packing of irregular parts in some industries is put forward and tested. Compared with the tradition algorithm, it has enhanced the productivity and economized the material. So it possesses a high practicality and effectuality. Based on Visual c++ and AutoCAD Object ARX, a two-dimensional automatic packing system which includes figures management, optimal packing and NC programming is designed. The software is easy to learn and easy to use with its friendly user interface and has better extensible function.
