【摘要】 电除尘器板电流密度分布是衡量其极配形式优劣的一个重要参数,研究稳定、快速、方便地测出板电流密度的装置对电除尘器的设计和极配形式的开发都很有必要。本论文就电除尘器的板电流密度的测试提出了新的方法,并就测试装置的各组成部分,如:I(电流)/V(电压)转换及电压信号的放大、A(模拟信号)/D(数字信号)转换及接口电路、微机对数据的接收方法等作了详细的说明。对有些部分,还提出了多种实现方案和方法,并对各自的优缺点进行了比较。更多还原

【Abstract】 The density distribution of the ESP plate current plays an important role in evaluating it. It is important to research on the device of steady, fast and convenient measuring the plate current density for the design of ESP and electrode configuration. This paper brings forward new method on measuring the plate current density of ESP and introduces each parts of the measuring device such as the transforming of I/O, the magnification of pressure code, the transforming of A/D, the interface circuit, the data receiving method of computer and etc. For some parts, many methods are brought forward and compared.更多还原
