【摘要】 本文在分析经济发展与城市化相关理论的基础上,从理论和模型两个方面进一步探讨了经济发展在城市化进程中的作用。从理论上看,经济发展通过提高经济发展环境质量、合理规划经济规模、优化经济发展结构、提高土地利用效率、保护城市生态、促进小城镇开发等方面产生的经济效应,空间效应和生态效应促进了城市国际化和城市现代化的实现,并最终提高了城市化水平,促进了城市发展。从模型上看,本文以若干年份的经济发展水平与城市化水平为基础,建立了二者之间的回归模型,从而可以直观反映出某一地区经济发展在城市化进程中的作用在理论分析的基础上,本文分析了重庆城市化发展的特点,以及它在经济社会发展中的重要作用。然后,重点对重庆的经济发展及其对重庆城市化进程的影响性进行了探讨。本文指出,重庆经济发展是城市化的基础,它优化了城市结构,提高了城市运作效率和现代化水平,对三峡库区的城市化、城市生态优化以及小城镇开发都有积极意义;同时,交通体系的发展、投融资体系的不断健全、高新技术产业的不断进步以及对外开放水平的不断扩大也是实现重庆城市化发展的重要促进要素。本文对重庆经济发展与城市化水平的回归模型也表明:反映重庆经济发展水平的公因子对城市化的影响效应全部为正,并且主要因子对城市化的影响系数也相当之高,该模型是对重庆经济发展影响城市化进程理论分析的有力佐证。以理论和实证分析为主体,本文结合重庆发展的实际,针对如何促进经济发展,提高重庆城市化水平,更好地发挥经济发展在重庆城市化进程中的积极作用提出了相关的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing relevant theories of economic development and urbanization, this paper discusses the role of economic development in urbanization process from two respects of theory and model further. Theoretically, by the economic effect, space effect and ecological effect which are begetted by the economic development’s result of improving the environmental quality of economic development, reasonable planning economic scale, optimizing the structure of economic development, increasing land utilization efficiency, protecting urban ecology, promoting the development of small town, economic development can promote the realization of urban internationalization and urban modernization, and it will improve the urbanization level, accelerate city’s development finally. Read from model, this paper is based on the economy development and urbanization levels of several years, establishes a regression model between economy development and urbanization, and this model can reflect the role of economic development in an area ocularly in this area’s urbanization process. On the basis of theoretic analyze, this paper analyses the characteristic of Chongqing’s urbanization development and its important function in socio-economic development. And then discusses the economy development of Chongqing and its impact on the urbanization process especially. It’s this paper’s point of view that Chongqing’s economy development is a foundation of its urbanization, it optimizes the urban structure and improves city operation efficiency and modernized level, it has positive meaning to the urbanization of Reservoir area of Three Gorges, urban ecology’s optimization and the development of small town. At the same time, the development of the traffic system, the perfecting constantly of system of investment and financing, the constant improvement of the new and high technology industry and the constant enlargement of the opening to the outside world are also important promotion key elements to realize the urbanization development of Chongqing. The regression model between economy development and urbanization of Chongqing of this paper indicates: the impact effect that the common factor which could reflect economy development level of Chongqing to the urbanization of Chongqing is all positive, and the influence coefficient that the common factor to the urbanization of Chongqing is very high also. And this model is also an effective evidence of the theory analyze that the economy development of Chongqing influences its urbanization process. Analyze with the theory and real example for the subject, this paper which combines the reality of Chongqing’s development, to how about bring about an advance in economy and improve the urbanization level of Chongqing, to how to exert more positive role of Chongqing’s economy development in urbanization process, puts forward some policy and recommendations.更多还原
