面向摩托车智能设计的知识库系统研究与应用

【摘要】 随着摩托车工业的飞速发展,我国已经成为世界第一摩托车生产大国。然而我国的摩托车行业却正面临着前所未有的问题,主要体现在自主创新开发能力较差、设计技术水平比较落后,以及在设计过程中缺乏对设计知识和经验的有效归纳整理、实现知识的共享及其重用等,导致产品档次不高、缺乏市场竞争力。针对摩托车总体设计,研究和开发基于知识的智能设计系统将有利于节省摩托车开发成本、提高摩托车的设计水平、增加市场竞争力。同时,知识库系统是实现基于知识的智能设计系统的关键基础。如何实现对摩托车总体设计知识的提取与分类、表示、建立知识库及其管理系统的研究,是迫在眉睫的问题。知识库系统的研究也是解决设计知识的共享及重用性差的有效途径,对提高摩托车设计水平有着重要的研究意义。摩托车智能设计中的总体设计是一个比较复杂的工程设计过程,同时也是摩托车创新设计的关键性阶段。论文深入分析了摩托车总体设计知识的特点,研究总体设计知识的提取与分类;并根据知识特点与分类,着重研究了摩托车总体设计知识的表示、建立知识库及其管理系统。为此本论文在以下几个方面进行了探讨: ①设计知识的获取初步研究了设计知识获取的方法,并根据摩托车总体设计知识的内容分析了设计知识的特点及其分类,最后实现了设计知识内容的提取,并给出设计知识的部分规则。②设计知识的表示分析了产生式、框架和面向对象等知识表示方法及其特点,并结合摩托车总体设计知识的特点,提出了混合知识表示方法,即通过面向对象方法封装产生式、框架而形成的表示方法,实现了设计知识的表示。最后给出各种类型知识的表示形式。③建立知识库结合总体设计知识特点、分类及其所采用的混合知识表示方法,运用面向对象的方法设计出知识库的结构。并通过面向对象集映射到数据库中的方法实现了知识的物理存储,实现了总体设计知识库的构建。④开发了知识库管理系统应用面向对象程序的方法开发了知识库管理系统。管理系统的功能实现了知识的获取、知识的查询、知识维护、知识库的接口,以及初步实现了知识的检查等。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of motorcycle industry, our country has become the first country of motorcycle product in the world. Nevertheless, it is facing many new problems in the motorcycle industry. The primary problems are such as poor abilities in self innovating development, lower design technology level, short of the effective conclusion and arrangement for design knowledge and experience during the design process and realizing knowledge share and reuse, which lead to the poor production and lack of the ability of market competition. According to motorcycle total design, the research and development of knowledge based intelligent design system will be economized the cost of motorcycle development, improved the level of design and increased market competition. At the same time, knowledge base system is the key basic of the knowledge based intelligent design system. How to realize the research of knowledge acquirement and classification, representation, building knowledge base and knowledge base management system, is a very important problem. The research of knowledge base is a effective approach to resolve the problem of poor knowledge share and reuse, and there is very important significance to improve motorcycle design level. The motorcycle total design of the intelligent design is very complex process of engineering design. At the same time, it is a key phase of motorcycle innovating design. This paper will deeply analyze the characteristic of motorcycle total design knowledge, research knowledge acquirement and classification of total design knowledge, and especially research knowledge representation of motorcycle total design based on the characteristic and classification of knowledge, and build the knowledge base and its management system. So this paper will probe into some items showed as below. ①Design knowledge acquirement Research the method of design knowledge acquirement. Analyze the characteristic and classification of design knowledge according to the content of motorcycle total design. Finally, realize the content acquirement of design knowledge and give parts of the rules of design knowledge. ②Design knowledge representation The paper will analyze the knowledge representation method and its characteristic, such as production rule, framework and object-oriented, and according to the characteristic of motorcycle total design knowledge, put forward the mixed knowledge representation method, which is encapsulated with production rule and framework by object-oriented technique. Finally, all kinds of knowledge representation instance will be given. ③Build the knowledge base According to the knowledge characteristic and classification of total design and the mixed knowledge representation method which is used, the frame of knowledge base is built by the method of object-oriented. And realize the knowledge storage by the method, which the object-oriented aggregate is mapped to the database by using object-oriented method, and realize the knowledge base. ④Develop the knowledge base management system Develop the knowledge base management system with the object-oriented program method, and actualize the functions of knowledge acquirement, knowledge search, knowledge maintenance and the interface of knowledge base, and actualize the knowledge inspection in essence.
