嵌入式统计质量管理器硬件平台的设计与实现

【摘要】 现场质量管理是质量管理的重要组成部分,为基于事实的质量决策提供数据和信息上的支撑。现场质量数据的有效性控制是企业质量管理的关键,其有效性主要表现在数据的真实性、时效性和利用率等方面。然而,现行的现场质量管理方法在质量数据的有效性和统计工具的利用率上存在很多不足之处。数据采集方法及处理手段落后,准确性差,上传下达效率不高;统计工具利用率低,实时性和主动性差,统计过程控制方法没有得到实质的应用,缺乏必要的质量预警机制,质量波动大。针对这些问题,论文提出将嵌入式技术应用于现场质量管理,设计开发集质量数据自动采集、统计过程分析以及网络化传输于一体的嵌入式统计质量管理器,利用嵌入式统计质量管理器规范现场质量数据管理过程,实施统计过程控制,提高现场质量数据的有效性和统计工具的利用率。统计质量管理器基于嵌入式技术设计,针对现场使用环境和使用对象的特点,通过软硬件的高效设计,保证了系统能够灵活运用于生产现场。在系统功能上,硬件平台提供能与现场数字测量设备、企业质量信息系统通信的外设接口,实现质量数据的自动、快速、准确采集和传输。应用软件实时统计分析采集到的质量数据,及时发布质量预警、报警信息,辅助现场质量管理人员完成统计过程控制,满足企业现场质量管理的需求。本论文重点研究了嵌入式统计质量管理器硬件平台的设计与实现。首先,论文根据企业现场质量数据管理和统计过程控制的实际需求,完成了系统的功能设计,基于功能要求,提出了系统硬件平台的总体设计方案。然后,在此设计方案的基础上,对硬件平台的各组成部分进行了详细设计,主要包括系统微处理器选型、数据通信单元、存储单元以及报警单元设计等几部分的内容。接下来,论文对硬件平台的实现技术进行了论述,建立了该管理器应用软件系统开发的交叉编译环境,保证了硬件功能的实现。最后,论文简单介绍了统计质量管理器应用软件部分的开发工作,分析了该管理器的使用环境要求,并给出了一个工作的实例。
【Abstract】 Locale quality management is the important part of quality management, which provides support on data and information for quality decision-making. The effective control of locale quality data is the keys for an enterprise’s quality management. Its effectiveness is mainly represented on authenticity, efficiency, utilization and other aspects of the data. But the present mode of locale quality management has many shortages, which mainly indicates the effectiveness of quality data and the utilization ratio of statistical methods: Out of date collection and process methods of data; low accuracy; Low transmission efficiency of data; Low utilization ratio of statistical methods, poor characters in initiative and real time, the method of statistical process control is not really be used, without relative quality pre-alert system which leads to quality fluctuate. Aiming at these problems, this article proposes to use Embedded Technology on site quality data management, designs and develops the Embedded Statistical Quality Management Device (ESQMD), which includes automatic quality data collection and statistical analysis as well as Internet transmission. ESQMD could help to make the management of locale quality data more standard, actualize statistical process control, and improve the efficiency of Locale quality data, advance the utilization ratio of statistical method. ESQMD is based the design of Embedded Technology. Aiming at the characters of the operating environment and its user, it guarantees the system could be fluently used in the production locale through high efficiency design of software and hardware. For the system function, the hardware platform could provide the peripheral interface for communication with site digital facility and enterprise quality data system, and achieve the automatic, quick and accurate collection and transmission of quality data. Internet applications could make real time statistic and analyze for collected data, issue quality pre-alert, alert information in time and help quality controller to accomplish the methods of statistical process control, and fulfill enterprise’s requirement for locale quality management. In this thesis, the main reach is the design and achievement for hardware platform of ESQMD. Firstly, this article fulfills the system function design as per the enterprise’s actual demand for site quality data management. It proposes the overall design plan for system hardware platform based on function requirement. Then, on the bases of this plan, it makes detailed design for the component parts of the hardware platform, which mainly includes the content of choosing MPU of System, Designing of Data communicating cell, storage cell and alarm cell. Etc. After that, the article discusses the achieving technique for hardware platform, and establishes cross compile environment for system Internet applications to make the realization of hardware function. Lastly, it briefly introduces the development work for the system applications, analyses the operation environment requirement and gives one system-working example.
