【摘要】 分销是大多数制造企业所采取的销售管理模式,分销管理信息化是分销发展的必然趋势,然而我国制造企业特别是中小企业普遍存在资金匮乏、规模小、信息化人才缺乏等缺点,严重制约着企业分销管理信息化建设。如何以较低的成本快速有效地构建企业分销管理信息系统,加强对分销网络的监控与管理,实现异地分支机构与企业本部的有效集成,成为分销管理信息化研究的重点。因此开发出一套适用于制造企业分销管理具有投入低、成功率高等优点的分销管理系统,并将其推广使用具有重要意义。首先,论文提出了研究背景、意义,分析了国内外制造企业分销管理现状和发展趋势以及现有分销管理软件优缺点;阐述了分销管理系统开发模式及其相关技术;提出了一种基于J2EE 组件的制造企业网络化分销管理系统模式,建立了该系统体系结构,包括目标体系、结构系统、功能体系;讨论了系统的构建模式以及各种构建模式在制造企业分销管理系统构建的适用范围;根据分销流程划分出业务组件,并对组件分类描述,建立了系统组件模型;介绍了分销管理系统的运行流程。在研究了基于J2EE 组件的制造企业网络化分销管理系统体系结构和运行模式的基础上,论文提出了该系统的一种技术体系,包含了一系列支撑技术和实现技术。论文对部分关键技术进行了研究,主要包括:系统权限管理与控制技术、基于中间件的异构数据集成技术以及软件复用技术。在以上研究的基础上,结合陶瓷制造企业分销管理特点、现状及需求,应用文中提出的体系结构和各种技术,研究和开发了一套基于J2EE 组件的陶瓷企业网络化分销管理系统,并将该系统应用于重庆华陶瓷业有限公司,完成该分销管理系统与ERP 系统的集成运行,取得了良好的经济效益和应用效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Distribution is the sale mode commonly adopted by most domestic manufacturing enterprises, distribution management informationization is the inevitable tendency of distribution, but the construction of distribution management informationization has been hold back seriously, because manufacturing enterprises, especially medium and small enterprise, have shortcoming of capital shorting little scale and lack of information technician generally in China. How to construct rapidly distribution management system with low cost, strengthen supervising and managing distriburtion net, realize efficiently integration of distributor and enterprise headquarter, have been emphases of networked distribution management. So, developing and popularizing distribution management system for manufacturing enterprise have significant meaning. After analyzed the status and tendency of international and domestic manufacturing enterprises distribution management, discussed merit and shortcoming of existed system, the paper discussed system develop modes and related technologies. This paper has presented a kind of modes of networked distribution management system based on J2EE components for manufacture enterprise, the architecture and running mode of the system have been brought forward. The architecture includes aim architecture, structure architecture and function architecture. System components model is built according to business components, after that, then describing those components. And system run flow is introduced in the thesis. In succession, based on research of its architecture and running mode, this paper study a kind of technology structure of networked distribution management system based on J2EE components for manufacture enterprise, which involves a series of supporting technologies and application technologies. The paper puts emphasis on the system privilege management and control, data integrity base on middle ware technology. How to use reusing technology in system develop is discussed. Finally, combining distribution characteristic, actuality and requirements in ceramic industry with requirement, applying system infrastructure and technologies which are discussed in the thesis, a networked distribution management system based on J2EE components for ceramic enterprise which could be used in ceramic product distribution management has been developed, and it has been used in Chongqing CHN-CHN Ceramic.
