斜坡变形体排水系统

【摘要】 斜坡中的排水系统一直是城市排水系统的薄弱环节之一,主要是因为斜坡在内外营力的作用下,很容易出现变形。而斜坡一旦发生变形,埋设于其中的排水系统又不能适应改变形,则排水系统势必将发生破坏,影响到斜坡的稳定,斜坡一旦失稳破坏将给生产生活造成严重的影响。而目前排水系统设计方法是先确定管材,再通过流量计算和水力计算来确定管径、坡度、流速等,这样的思路设计的排水系统不能很好地适应斜坡变形。若能根据斜坡的变形量来选择管材,再进行流量和水力计算,这样设计出的排水系统具有一定的变形伺服能力,能较好的满足斜坡变形的需要。为达到此目的,首先应清楚斜坡变形中管土相互作用的机理。本文结合了斜坡变形特点和管道的连接方式,对管土相互作用机理进行了探讨。在分析管土作用机理时,由于管道的细长性,使管道在纵向和横向上的受力不同,且管道在纵向和横向上材料表现出来的特性也不一样。因此,本文分纵向和横向两个方面分析了管道的受力变形。在纵向上,按斜坡的变形方式分为了牵引式和推移式两种,按管道的连接方式分为了管井连接、管管连接和一端管井连接另一端为管管连接三种,管井连接又分为固接和铰接两种,对它们进行组合,建立了不同的模型,分别进行受力和变形推导。在横向上,管道受到来自上覆土压、侧向滑坡推力和管基反力三种荷载作用,文中将作用在管环周围的三种荷载进行分别推导,最后根据线形理论将各自结果进行叠加,从而获得管环上的受力和变形。结合一定的工程实际进行的算例分析,获得了在不同模型下,管道的受力变形变化特点。利用大型有限元软件ANSYS 对其中的几种模型进行了有限元数值模拟分析,验证了算例分析的结果,进一步验证了理论推导的正确性。通过前面的理论实践分析,得出了管土的作用机理,为斜坡变形体中的排水系统设计改进提供了理论基础。

【Abstract】 The drainage system in the slope has been one of the weak links of the urban drainage system all the time. Main reason is the deformation in the slope which is easy to be produced for the function of the external force. And once the deformation of the slope is took place, the pipeline among them can’t fit the amount of the deformation. The drainage system certainly will be destroyed. It will cause serious influence to life and production. At present, the design method of the drainage system is to select the pipe first, calculate through flow and water conservancy calculate and confirm pipe diameter, slope, velocity of flow etc. and then. The drainage system designed through such design thought can’t well adapt to the slope deformation. If we choose pipe according to the deformation amount of the slope, and then carry on flow and water conservancy to calculate, the drainage system has well servo ability of deformation. In order to achieve this purpose, the text has carried on the discussion to the tube soil interaction mechanism in the slope plasmodium. While analysis the function mechanism of the pipeline and soil, due to the pipeline one is long and thin, the characteristic of the pipeline is different between axis and section. We’ll analysis the deforming of the pipeline form the two aspects in the article. On axis, the deformation way of the slope is divided into towed and pushing type. On section, three kinds of strength that act on the ring of pipe are calculated separately. And then, superpose each result according to the line theory. The ones that combined certain project and carried on actually can be regarded as example analysis. According to different models, we’ve got the change characteristic of the pipeline deforming. Utilize the large-scale finite element software ANSYS to carry on numerical simulation analysis to several kinds of models among them. According to analysis, we’ve got the function mechanism between the pipeline and soil, and offered the theoretical foundation of design for the drainage system in the slope plasmodium.
