CFD技术在影剧院空调系统气流组织优化设计中的应用研究

【摘要】 随着现代生活水平的提高,人们除了对电影或文艺演出等舞台艺术的质量要求提高外,对观赏环境也提出了很高要求。观众厅和舞台是影剧院建筑的主体,是人员集中的场所,是空调系统服务的对象,观众厅和舞台的气流组织设计对空调效果的优劣起着决定性的作用,它直接影响着室内的温度场、速度场和污染物的分布,是保证室内空气品质的重要方法。由于影剧院建筑结构、功效等方面的限制,在影剧院空调气流组织设计方面存在以下难题:如何合理选择气流组织形式、如何评价气流组织效果的好坏、如何提高气流组织形式的能量利用率等。CFD方法是研究空调服务环境中空气动力学问题的有效而经济的方法。它可对室内空气气流分布情况进行数值模拟和预测,为设计部门提供较为完整的技术依据。本文就是将CFD 技术应用到对影剧院建筑气流组织优化设计中,解决部分在设计中可能碰到的问题,并对CFD 技术在暖通空调领域的应用进行一定的探索。本文针对影剧院空调气流组织设计的特点以及CFD 软件应用的特点,提出了结合CFD 技术的影剧院空调气流组织优化设计思路。并结合相关文献,选取了一套比较完善、适应性比较强的用于评估影剧院空调气流组织设计优劣的标准。本文还介绍了CFD 技术的原理和技术实现方式,以及不同的CFD 软件的优缺点。进而针对不同的工程项目选择比较合适的数学模型、辐射模型、网格划分方式、迭代方法等,并据此选择比较合适的CFD 软件。本论文选取了一个物理模型,对几种气流组织方案进行了定量定性的分析,最终选取了一个比较合理的气流组织方案,分析的结果符合相关文献和实验的结果。通过实例的论证和分析,从而显示了CFD 技术在影剧院空调系统气流组织优化设计中的强大功效,也证明了结合CFD 技术的影剧院空调系统气流组织优化设计思路的正确性以及评判标准的合理性。随着计算机技术的发展和对影剧院空调系统的深入研究,CFD 技术必将发挥越来越大的作用,影剧院乃至其他类型建筑的空调系统气流组织设计也将获得更好的效果。
【Abstract】 Enjoying the movie and the interpretation has become more and more important in our living with the development of the standard of the living. The cinemas and the theaters become more and more in the cities, the towns even the countries. The well HVAC systems can build the comfortable circumstance for the audiences in the cinema or the theater. The auditorium and the arena are the topic of the cinema, the lieu which holds a great amount of people, the object of the HVAC system. So the HVAC systems of the auditorium and the arena which judge the effect of the whole HVAC system are the most important parts of the whole cinema. The HVAC system infects the temperature field, the humidity field and the distribution of the contamination etc., it is the most important factor of the IAQ. But because of the limitation of the structure and the function of the cinema, there are many problems such as how to choose the correct air-flow organization, how to judge the effect of the air-flow organization, how to improve the capacity usage ratio of the air-flow organization. The CFD technology is the effective and economical method in the research for the aerodynamics in HVAC system, and it is also the direction of the HVAC field. The CFD can provide the accurate numerical simulation and forecasting of the distribution of the air-flow indoors. Through the simulation to the room with the CFD software, we can get the detailed distribution of the temperature, the humidity, the velocity and the density of the contamination. So we can make the correct decision to the design of the HVAC system with these technology backup. The author will research the air-flow organization of the HVAC system in cinema with the CFD technology, solve some problems which will encounter in designing and explore the application of CFD in HVAC field. The writer put forward the idea of optimum designing to the air-flow organization of HVAC system in cinema with the CFD technology, which bases on the characters of the cinema and the CFD. The writer also has summarized a set of standard which judges the effect the designing of the air-flow organization. The standard is based on the correlative information. The article also introduces the basal principle of the CFD technology. Through the understanding and the research to the CFD technology, we can make the CFD more and more perfect in the principle and the technology methods. The writer heartily hopes that this article can favor the HVAC designers. A cinema model is simulated by the CFD software and several projects of air-flow organization are evaluated with the standard. The writer chooses the best project depending on the results of the evaluation, and the data of the chosen project can be inosculated with the results of the experiments and the articles. This example exhibits the important function of CFD technology in the optimum designing to the air-flow organization of HVAC system in cinema. It also proves the correction of the idea and the standard of the optimum designing to the air-flow organization of HVAC system in cinema with the CFD technology. With the development of the computer technology and research to the HVAC system in cinema, the CFD technology will bring into play the more roles and the effect in the air-flow organization designing of HVAC system in cinema or even in the other buildings will be greatly improved.
