露天矿自卸汽车整车提升系统的研究与分析

【摘要】 本文介绍、分析了当今国内外露天矿开采的特点及发展方向,主要是露天矿设备大型化、开采工艺多样化以及矿山管理、开采自动化,并且详细介绍了露天矿以汽车运输为主的地面运输的主要方式。 国内外矿山实践表明:露天开采虽具有优越性,但转入深部开采后,由于开采技术条件的变化和矿岩自然因素的影响,出现了许多重要问题,随着采场向下延深,汽车运输随运距的增大,其油耗及运费大幅度上升,并且尾气造成的环境污染也加剧。这样,深凹露天矿汽车运输的问题越来越引起人们的重视。 在对各种传统联合运输方式(胶带、箕斗运输)的优、缺点进行分析、比较的基础上,对已提出了的露天矿自卸汽车整车提升运输方案进行了更加深入的研究与分析,其中,详细阐述了汽车整车提升系统的设计思想以及系统的建立,并本着技术可行、安全可靠、经济合理的原则进行了系统技术、安全、经济方面的分析与预测。 汽车整车提升系统,在国内尚没有应用,国外也是少数矿上进行了理论研究,通过本文所列的提升方案及对各个方案的的分析与预测:露天矿汽车提升系统,是一项生产效率非常高的、非常具有发展潜力的新型装备与技术。从技术、经济、安全等方面,在开采深度较大的露天矿的运输系统中,利用该提升系统代替传统汽车斜坡道运输系统在经济上是十分合理的,而且按现有技术也是可以实现设计、制造并投入到实际应用之中。 从经济效益上讲,在满足运输要求的基础上,可以极大的提高汽车运输的效率、缩短运输时间、减少汽车管理、维护、修理及运输消耗费用以尽量降低运输成本。 露天矿自卸汽车整车提升系统借鉴了斜井提升的一些原理,利用大功率电动机卷动钢绳,将载有汽车的斜坡轮式台车从露天矿底部水平拉动到所需要水平,而后,汽车从台车开出,驶往目的地,同样,也可以用于空车的下放。并且在此基础上,为了尽量减少整体系统造价,更加充分利用现有资源,介绍了改装大型矿用汽车,分离翻斗、举升与动力传动系统的提升方案。

【Abstract】 This article introduces and analyzes the characteristics and development orientation that the domestic and international opencut exploits, which chiefly includes opencut equipment maximization, exploitation craft diversification and automation of mines’ management and exploitation. This article also introduces the main means way in which the ground relying mainly on automobile transportation of opencut transports in detailA great deal of the mining practices have indicated that though opencast mineing have its superiorities, it will appears many important problems after changing over to the deep exploiting because of the change of exploiting the technological condition and influence of the natural factor of ore rock. With the stope going deeper downwards, the problems are more and more seriously. The problems include the extension of the automobile transportation distance, increase of its oil consumption and freight charges, the aggravation of environmental pollution that the tail gas caused. In the way, the question of automobile transportation of deep concave opencut causes people’s attention more and more.In the basis of the analysis and compare of the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional means of combined transportations (belt conveyor, skip elevator), the transport conception of the completed opencut dump truck promotes system have been carried on deeper research and analysis. This article explained in detail the design conception and constitution of the automobile promotion transportation system and the analysis and prediction about technique, security and economy benefits according to the principle of the technique feasibility, security credibility and economy rationality.The automobile promotion system is not applied in home and carried on the theoretical research on a few mines at abroad at present. By this text listed promotion scheme and analysis and prediction on each scheme about technique, security and economy benefits, it shows us that the opencut automobile promotion system is a new-type equipment and technology with high production efficiency and development potentiality. From such respects astechnology, economy, security,etc, in exploiting the transportation system of the opencut, it is feasible and reasonable that the promotion system replace traditional automobile ramp transportation system, and realizable in the terms of designing , making and putting into practical application according to existing technology.According to the economy benefits and on the basis of meeting transportation demand, promotion system can greatly improve the automobile transporting efficiency, shorten the transportation time, decrease the cost of automobile management, maintenance, repair and transport consume.The design of opencut dump truck completed car promotes system has drawn lessons from the theory of inclined shaft, which use the powerful electromotor to scrolling the steel rope and pull the transport platform that carries the truck up to the needed plane. Then the truck is driven out of the platform. Equally, it can be used in the vacant automobile too. And on this basis, in order to try one’s best to reduce the whole systematic fabrication cost, more fully utilize existing resources, the article introduces the promotion proposal of refitting the large-scale mining automobile, separating the tipping bin and the motive system. In theory, utilize of the automobile promotion system may work out following problems:· the transport distance is too long and waste a lot of time;· avoid the effect of environment factor, such as rain, snow, fog, etc.;· reduce a large amount of exhaust gas discharged in the climbing course, reduce the environment pollution;· meet demand for traffic volume;The completed opencut dump truck promotion system mentioned in this article is feasible in technique and has great value of application. It will be of great benefit to improve the economy benefit and prolong the exploitation.
