【摘要】 奥运会是世界范围的体育盛会,在维护和平,增进友谊、促进文明等方面具有独特的作用。中国作为世界上具有重要影响的国家之一,应该为奥林匹克运动在全世界的发展做出应有的贡献,举办奥运会则是这种贡献最集中的体现。崇尚奥林匹克精神,参与奥林匹克事务,举办奥运会,是包括北京市民在内的全体中国人民的追求与理想。近年来,随着改革开放的进一步深入和社会经济的持续发展,我国社会稳定,经济繁荣,综合国力大大增强。北京,作为中国的首都,在经历了申办2000 年奥运会的失利之后,树起“新北京、新奥运”的口号,提出“绿色奥运、科技奥运、人文奥运”三大理念,代表中国再次踏上申奥征程,并于2001 年7 月13 日如愿地获得2008 年奥运会的承办权,充分地反映了我国政治、经济、文化各方面的发展水平和趋势,向世界展示了我国的形象,同时也树立北京文明、开放、发展的现代化国际大都市的形象。首次荣归故里的第二十八届现代奥运会,在见证了百年奥运的繁荣与世界体坛新格局的诞生后,在奥林匹克运动的发源地——雅典落下了帷幕。国际奥委会主席雅克·罗格在雅典奥运会闭幕式上,把本届奥运会定格为“最为成功的一次奥运会”。的确,作为欧洲文明的发源地,希腊拥有令人羡慕的历史资本,而作为奥林匹克运动的发祥地,雅典同样值得希腊人无比自豪。不过,要把走过百余年发展历程的奥林匹克运动与历史融为一体,办出一届具有历史和文化韵味的现代奥运会,还真让人费神,好在希腊人顺利地通过了检阅,而且表现优异。文化和历史气息浓厚,是雅典奥运会的最大特点。开幕式场面简单,却别出心裁,仅依靠为数不多的演员和简洁的雕像,就把希腊的历史和文化底蕴勾勒得清清楚楚,也把奥林匹克运动的发展历程交代得格外透彻。从节俭的场馆建设到严格高效的安保组织,从淡化的商业色彩到精密细致的软件建设,处处体现出现代奥林匹克运动所追求的“人文精神”,同时,也为北京举办2008 年奥运会提供了经典而鲜活的教材。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a world-wide magnificent sports meet, the Olympic Games play a unique role in maintaining world peace, enhancing friendship and promoting civilization. China ,as one of the most influencing countries in the world, should make more contribution to the development of Olympic movement, while hosting the Olympic Games is the most striking form of the contribution. To uphold Olympic Spirit, participate in Olympic affairs and host the Olympic Games is a good ideal for all Chinese people, including Beijing citizens. With the steady development of China’s reform and social economy, China is becoming more and more peaceful, prosperous and powerful. After failing in the bidding for hosting the 2000 Olympic Games, Beijing, as China’s capital, put forward the slogan New Beijing, Great Olympics and the three subjects Green Olympics, Scientific and Technological Olympics and Humanistic Olympics for a second try, and succeeded in the bid on July 13th 2001, which indicated the developing level and trend of China’s politics, economy and culture, opened up China’s new image before the world. Meanwhile it established a figure of a civilized ,open and developing international metropolis for Beijing. The 28th Olympic Games, after witnessing the prosperity of modern Olympics and the new pattern of world’s sports, came to a close in its hometown, Athens. In the closing ceremony, Jacques Rogge, the president of IOC defined the games as the most successful Olympic Games. Indeed, as the birthplace of European civilization, Athens is the largest pride for Greek. But it’s troublesome to combine history with more than 100 years of experience of the Olympic Movement, and to host a modern Olympic Games with historical and cultural lingering charm. Luckily, Greek succeeded. The most impressive characteristic of Athens Olympic Games is its cultural and historical spirit. With simple scene of the opening ceremony and a small number of actors, the historical and cultural linger charm of Greece and the developing course of Olympic Games were expressed vividly. From the frugal construction of the stadiums and the gymnasiums to the effective safety precautions and the careful software construction, the humanistic spirit of modern Olympic Games are embodied, which set a typical example for 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Though we are in deep joy to host 2008 Olympic Games, we feel the task glorious and arduous as well. From the moment when President Samaranch announced Beijing as the hosting city, Beijing has stepped into the Late-bidding time, and the three subjects we put forward previously are attracting world-wide attention. Among the three subjects, Humanistic Olympics is unique in that it will present to the world the unparalleled characteristic of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. As a matter of fact, Humanistic Olympics is a long-pursued goal. We advocate Humanistic Olympic in order to further spread Olympic Spirit, and to promote Humanistic solicitude by way of Olympic Movement. Humanistic Olympics is a significant and synthetical strategy, it is a complicated systematical project as well. We should study it from a strategic angle and develop it into a perfect and specific strategy. On the basic of analyzing 2004 Athens Olympic Games and drawing on its successful experiences, the author puts forward some specific and thorough suggestions in view of the present domestic study of Humanistic Olympics. The first part is a comment on Athens Olympic Games and the impression of its humanistic innovative ideas. The second part is the explanation of Beijing Humanistic Olympics, including the historical origin of Humanistic Olympics, the connotation of Beijing Humanistic Olympics and the reasons for which we put forward in bidding. In this part, the author sets forth Chinese advocation of Olympic Spirit, and our confidence and will to promote Olympic Movement. The third part is the focal and difficult point of the whole thesis, in which the author reveals some incoordinate phenomena between China’s modern sports and the Humanistic Spirit which Olympic Movement has long pursued, and advances some specific and practical plans to carry out the strategy of Humanistic Olympics.更多还原
