基金会现场总线低层协议实现

【摘要】 通信控制器是现场总线通信控制单元中的重要组成部分,用于实现现场总线低层协议。目前,出于减轻主CPU 负担的考虑,低层通信协议大多由专用硬件实现,这就使得通信控制器的成本变得非常高。本文主要论述了基于单片机基金会现场总线通信控制器的设计方法。文中对基金会现场总线及其现有的通信控制器进行研究和分析,并参照其特点,利用C8051F310 单片机研发了基金会现场总线通信控制器。同时,设计了基于VB 的串口调试系统,对所设计的通信控制器进行了调试。此外,还设计了多种软件模拟干扰程序,对所设计通信控制器的可靠性进行了初步检测,并给出了检测结果。实验结果表明,我们所设计的通信控制器不仅能实现基金会现场总线低层协议,而且具有高可靠性。

【Abstract】 Communication Controller is an important component part of communicationcontrol equipment of Fieldbus Control System. It is used to carry out the low layerprotocol of Fieldbus Control System. At present, in order to decrease the burden of mainCPU, the low layer communication protocol is carried out by special hardware. Therefore,the cost of Communication Controller is very high.In this paper, the design of Foundation Fielbus Communication Controller basedon microcontroller is mainly described. Foundation Fieldbus and its existingCommunication Controller are analyzed firstly in this paper. According to the feature ofthe existing Communication Controller, the Foundation Fieldbus CommunicationController is designed with microcontroller C8051F310. At the some time, the Serial Portdebugging system based on VB is designed to debug the designed CommunicationController. In addition, some model disturbance programs are designed to test thereliability of designed Communication Controller. Last but not least, the designedCommunication Controller is tested and the results of test are given.The results of experiment show that the designed Communication Controller notonly can realize the low layer protocol of Foundation Fildbus but also has high reliability.
